@Opti.....loved your analysis of Maan's behavior....👏.....the one thing i conclude from his behavior is he is mentally much weaker than Geet is. When faced with a similar situation, Geet reacts very pragmatically & maturely (barring the IP track when both behaved irrationally) whereas Maan reacts impulsively first & then regrets........Its probably due to his traumatic past ( which we can only deduce about since the Cvs haven't yet delved into it). But then Geet has also faced enough hardships in her young life but this hasn't clouded her outlook towards life. She's got a much more balanced mind than Maan has.

Swan, you are right. Maan is emotionally weaker than Geet and acts irrationally when faced with a problem. Geet may be immature and childish in day to day things but her strength of character comes out during adversities. She is better able to cope with them. I think a crucial difference between Maan and Geet is their attitude to things. Geet has a more positive outlook on life. So she is able to see the brighter side of it even when everything looks dark but Maan tends to see the darker side. I guess it is a case of seeing the glass as half full or half empty. Geet sees it as half full. Maan, as half empty.
