I think Dev is the stalker, there was blank phonecall, & when they went to Simla Dev was in hotel, he would have arranged for gundas next to Maan's room, he might have caused Maan accident so he can enter Khurana's house. He was in Shimla how did he come to Maans house in Delhi - i think this is all Dev's plan
