Hello and welcome to another round of my "who, why, when, what, where...........wow" analysis. Today's episode was perfect. A little bit of everything was there and the team blended it quite well. Its was thoroughly entertaining.

Now while I understand geet's excitement being with her loved one and becoming a family of him soon and thereby getting a new set of relations, I really didn't like her explanations about deleting her family name. Yes she is geet only and not a handa and it should not be because she hates her family or that she left them and they disowned her, they were wrong, etc. Family is important, parents are important. Its no credit to declare that she had left her family name along with her family no matter how wrong they were. I would have appreciated it if geet had said that the title "handa" hurts her a lot. It reminds her of a time and place that is dark and blind. Where false honor is important than real lives. Being a handa gave and taught her nothing whereas being around khurana gave her life back, made her courageous, gave her love respect and identity. That should be the explanation why it hurts to be a handa and feels so proud to be a khurana. I know this is exactly what she meant when she said those words but the dialogues were poor. Mr. Dhillon you could have rocked today if you had considered stating your view differently. As star channel says, rishta wahi, soch nayi! The idea is, same relation, same situation, new expression!

Now brij, doing the same thing, grumbling over family honor, will keep doing that till the wedding I guess. His dream of killing geet should be on the list under the title "some dreams never come true". Anyways, he should keep trying to keep us entertained.

Arju's phone conversation is very much interesting. I'm glad as a man he is using his senses and not blindly following his sister. Yes, no matter what you hear or what you see, you should always try to judge things yourself. It may not always make you or everyone happy but it always teaches you something. Lets see how far arjun business goes or if geet takes down another of NT's soldiers with her personality.

NE-arjun trip and fall was deadly so may their scene rest in peace.

Finally, geet's dream is wonderful. Sweet dream sweetheart!

He once said to her, are u expecting me to come on a white horse with a ring in one hand and flower in the other and he did come, dream or reality its there! Thanks creatives for closing loops in this show and actually bringing out the dialogues to reality! 👏

Helloo Nissar, PH, Ved, Sudhir, Vikas, CVs, Barry, friends et al – Starting off the first week of 2011 with a bang. Good to see logic, storyline back in the epi … seems like an exciting week ahead in Geet land <rubbing my hands in glee>. Here's my detailed analysis.

Geet going thru files. Maan walks in trying to look for a file. Dude, love ur new haircut…looking lean, mean and super hawt !!!
G - Paas aana hi hai to kuch naye bahaane doondh lijiy na.
M – A..b..ab tumhare paas aane ke liye mjuhe bahaane doondh ne padenge.
Barry - Doing good !

Now its Geet's turn to do some face-reading….oh how the tables have turned. But seriously, Geet puts her finger on the problem in an instant. Loved the ensuing convo. Geet succeeds in wiping out the worry lines for the moment and bring a smile to his face. Maan ki Geet, super job !

Geet remembering her parents is fine but why reinforce that she is no longer Geet Handa, just Geet. Oh, I get it…for Brij's benefit. Warna how wud u set that loose cannon loose ? Parivar ki izzat mitti mein mila di, Darji ki pagdi ko mitti mein rol diya, aur aaj khud ko handa kehne mein sharm aa rahi hai issey ? Oye, Brij paaji, if u'd only exercise those grey cells of yours to think straight, what u just said is only applicable to you.

So Brij finally commits that he's out to kill Geet…yet again. Like the BG score when Brij talks.

Piyush/Arjun – looks like ur exercise routine is taking effect…u look slimmer…keep at it. Can't u get a new haircut too … the current one does not go with ur appearance….looks scruffy.

Brij walks in on NE-Arjun. Brij averts his eyes but Arjun does not seem affected. Good. Brij – nice job in that soft, narm look.

Lagta hai dulhewale have planned a bachelors party for Maan.

Hawk-eye Maan now has his sight set on Arjun. I liked the way Maan says to NE – New Year ki party Jan 1 ko manaa rahi hai…log to 31st deck o manate hai… LOL ! So he rakes Ann over the fire abt Arjun.

So Geet is shooed to the parlor by Pinki. I really liked Pinki today. She seems to be much more natural and bubbly than NE !

Geet finally tells NE abt Arjun. Now if Arjun tries to twist NEs arm, NE can't feign ignorance. She's been forewarned. On the other hand, Arjun may just have lost a willing accomplice in NE. Chalo theek hai, Tasha wud be more than willing to participate in any plan to hurt Geet.

LOL…either Tasha is too short or Arjun is too tall or both !!

Maan-Arjun

Stars don't seem to be in favor. In his convo with NT, must give credit to Arjun for saying that he does not think Maaneet is as bad as NT made her out to be. Maan overhears Arjun talking to NT and his doubts are further confirmed. Liked the Maan-Arjun confrontation. Oh, Arjun, sarcasm does not work on Maan. Maan is angry and so has probably closed his radar to focus only on what he wants to see at the moment. But if Arjun was guilty of being at the outhouse last night, he would not have met Maan's eyes today and Maan wouldn't have let him have the last word today. Maan needs to reboot his radar to look at Arjun plus other options….hoping he'll catch Brij in his trap. All said, now Maan has also added NT to his list of suspects….good !

Maan-Arjun-Brij

Maan on noticing Arjun-Brij talking purposely talks on the phone in a false convo. The moment Maan says, 'haan Geet…' the change in Brij is truly commendable. Behzaad….fabulous job ! Continuing the convo with Arjun is purgatory. The sudden transformation from a docile chef to a raging psycho was absolutely fascinating to watch.

Maaneet conv – he he he …nok jhok was awesome. Classic GC/DD.

@the CBC mall – Maan stalking Arjun, Brij with his own agenda – all 3 at the mall…but Brij's target is safe at the outhouse.

Precap – Mein aaya hoon tumhe lene, zamaane ko chodkar. Chalo saath mere, basaayenge sitaaron mein ghar….haai Prince Charming on white horse, on bended knee asks his princess's hand promising to build a castle among the stars. What a fantastic way to close the loop when after Pari's departure, Maan had taunted Geet with these words.

I LOVED the Geet Maan Wedding Invitiation Promo – Maaneet will make a dashing wedding couple !!!

The new promo might seem funny to some but it is from Geet's point of view and I loved it!! Very well thought out promo and nicely done! Thx for closing another loop CVs!
