so according to this it is 30/300mg

so that means you can take at least 2 tabs every 4 to 6 hours, maximun 8 tabs in one day

I found another website too jhan http://www.drugs.com/pro/tylenol-with-codeine.html as I'm scared of advising whilst looking at the net, but this also confirms the strength

so it's a maximum of 8 tablets you can have in day, build it up slowly incase you get drowsy, take two when you go to bed so you can sleep well
