Geet is a little over three months pregnant. NT recently mentioned that Dev got into the gambling debts three months back which means he fake married Geet around that time and impregnated her right away.

I did not show much till my sixth month which is when people realised I was in the family way. At delivery time I looked like most women do when they are 6 months pregnant. Despite this my son was a healthy 3.1 kgs at birth. So Geet's non-evident pregnancy can be explained.
