Today's episode reminds me of the book "Taming of the Shrew" where the female protagonist is so set in her ways meaning when she says the moon is the sun everyone has to agree. The guy tames her.
Maan & Yash
While Yash was trying to be emotional regarding the newly sold family factory, Maan wasn't having it. Maan's goal and the only thing he can see is getting Geet back.
Maan was rude to Yash as Yash self thoughts "he isn't sure why Maan has changed".
Geet & Paint Boys
Thoughts of Maan resurface in Geet's mind as she hears the investor coming doesn't like roses.
Again thoughts of Maan rushes Geet mind as she is locked in the storeroom by Manish.
Maan is so alive in Geet's mind and she can't get him out because truly she doesn't want to. Thinks to herself that Maan isn't at the paint company so he won't rescue her.
Yash & Meera
Yash telling Meera about Maan. Hopefully this will prompt Meera to investigate as to what happened.
Maan & Geet
What kind of a filmsy ladder was that?
Geet throws her shoes down next to Maan and he didn't hear the noise. What stupidity?
Geet decides to use a filmsy ladder to come out the window and not knowing for foundation of support is right beneath her foot, Geet foot rests on top on Maan's shoulders.
The two stare at each other in pain and Geet falls on top of Maan. The cotton represents flowers falling on two lovers.
Geet's action from here on makes it seems as if to her nothing bad happened between them.
Geet offers her hand to Maan and he refuses her hand.
Maan wants very badly to help Geet remove to cotton from herself and her hair just like he did once before. Maan started to but restraint himself as Geet herself took that right away from him. It ache him that he can't touch her the way he wants to.
Geet went to take the cotton out from Maan's hair and he stops her. Geet shocked at both Maan's action and his words, "Sir, Maan Sir. I am your boss". Geet is experiencing to some extent the person she first met at KC. Maan is correct in correcting Geet's actions here, because she broke all personal relationship with him before she left him, remember she yank the taveez off of his neck. Therefore at the moment though both wants, needs and love each other the only relationship that exist between them is boss and employee. Hence this is another reason for Maan's action of purchasing Yash's paint company.
Office scene with Maan and Geet. Maan being the tamer and Geet the shrew. Geet wanting to leave the company after finding out Maan owns it and is her boss now, hurts Maan more because to him she has started to live without him and he can't take it. Maan cleverly sought out a method on how to keep his life next to him under his watchful eyes, Geet's contract. This way Maan can at least have one relationship with her which she can't escape, it is his way of binding her to him.
Maan's words to Geet "…those who talk a lot, forget to think", he is speaking of what she did when they were last together.
Geet is very hurt by Maan's reactions to her action of when the last met.
Note that they both only remember each other's last sentence. Maan will never be able to accept that Geet can live without him when he can't live without her. Until Geet realizes what Maan really means this "Taming of the Shrew" will continue.
Maan will go to any extent to protect his life, Geet.
Here is what needs to happen…
1. The only way that this back to square one office setting works is if Geet finds out the entire truth and the blunder which she committed and this setting is used to show Geet yearning for Maan, him being so close to her yet so far away. Geet ridden with pain for the hurt she has caused him. Geet trying to touch Maan where as we have seen Maan trying to touch Geet before. Geet needs find out the truth this week. Do not drag this on.
2. We need to see Geet's reaction when she noticed the taveez on her hand. If the taveez was dropped by her, it would cause more misunderstanding between Manneet. If Maan finds the taveez, he will think Geet threw it away as to him she yanked it off of his neck. If Geet finds the taveez she will think that Maan threw it away unless she dropped it in somewhere in Meera's house and Geet finds it.
3. After realizing the blunder Geet should do things to get closer to Maan. Also, she should be shown that she understands him completely in that she realizes what he meant by his silence when he refused to answer her question of why he wants to marry her; also when he said to her that "…I will see how you will live in the big city without me" that Maan really meant I can't live without you, how can you live without me; also when he was listing the things he did for her, he wasn't keeping scores, he was trying to make her understand that he had no ulterior motives to wanting to marry her. It would be nice to see her wooing him back.
4. Geet needs to give a public statement to the press saying that "she misunderstood the situation and acted rash. Maan is nothing like Dev and Maan is and will always be reputable. The answer to your question is yes, Maan and I are getting married."
5. I want Geet to say to Maan, "Maan I can live in a big city, anywhere, but I can't live without you". Geet saying this to him will not only heal his wound, but it will show her maturity has increased and she does infact understand him.
6. Geet needs to put the taveez back around Maan's neck.
7. Maan needs to take Geet by the hand and respectfully walk her back into KC.
8. Dadi needs to realize her mistake in asking Maan to bail Dev out. Also Dadi needs to realize that it is her hands that laid the foundation for Maan to be separated from his life, Geet. She also needs to show remorse for disliking Geet, for kicking her out of Khurana's house on the night of Manneet's engagement.
9. Sasha needs to be put out of commission once and for all. She should not have another hand in causing any more damages to Geet or Maan as for an employee she has already got away with too much.
10. Dev's mother and sister need to be mentioned as part of the criminal crew.
11. Geet needs to know Meera's true ties to Khurana's family.
12. Maan needs to become the ferocious tiger. Remember his words to NT that if she made Geet cried he would take revenge for each tear drop. I don't think NT can pay this debt in its' entirety in this lifetime.
13. Also Dev's mom and sister need to be punished.
14. Maan and Geet needs to support each other.
15. Maan still needs to know
i. That NT poisoned Dadi's mind
ii. That Dadi kicked Geet out of the house.
iii. That NT lied to Geet about him not wanting to see her
iv. That NT lied to Geet about the taveez and again Maan not wanting to see her
v. That NT moved him from his original hospital room in order to prevent Geet from seeing
Him and that she stopped Geet at the door of his hospital room from entering to see him.
vi. That Sasha is the reason why the story came out at the office.
CVs and Nissar, you will be VIRTUALLY DEAD if you…
1. SEPARATE MANNEET, EVEN ON A TEMPORARY BASIS AND TRPs WILL SINK! THERE IS NO NEED FOR A MISUNDERSTANDING OR SEPARATION TRACK for the story to move forward... (CAPS OF EMPHASIS ONLY).
2. Use this opportunity to have Geet's character grow.
3. No more misunderstanding and separation.
4. If you have Geet misunderstand Mann that he was a part of the Dev and criminal crew scam/Dev rape. Mann saved Geet twice putting his own life in danger and that's just two times out of a zillion that he has helped her. It would be really stupid for this to happen.
