Sin, regarding MSK's line, I think I understood his POV. He was just in shock that Geet gave place to someone else in her heart, even though it was in past and held no importance for her now. She said, "I accepted him with all my heart and mind," "I gave him a higher place than God." Now these 2 are really strong lines, and it is extremely hard to hear this from the person you love, when she means it for someone else (even though in past). This shook the hell out of MSK. And to add it all up, she did not give him the consolation in words that he needed at that time, after she said her truth or while saying it. She did not realize the gravity of those 2 lines she spoke, and the impact it had on MSK. Also the fact that she was married, though fake, might have been too much for him to handle. She never made it clear to him that the guy was married and that made her marriage with him null and void. So he was just in shock that he was not her first, she was emotionally close to someone else before him, that she surrendered herself emotionally to someone else before him. He only wanted to be the owner of her heart, in past, present, and future. So his instant reaction was understandable and totally in line with his possessive character. But when he heard his own sentence from Geet's POV, when she said door-key line, he realized that he should not have said that. Though he was right from his POV, but from Geet's POV, he realized that it did not sound right.
