I don't know if anyone else feels the same way....but I think it's so lame how Indian TV shows won't show the leads kiss....I understand in India this kind of stuff isn't shown but when Bollywood is doing it or both Bollywood and Tellywood can have rain sequences with the leads kissing each other's necks or the guy basically shoving his head in the girls breast....I think one kiss would be ok!!....I'm born and raised in Canada so I'm used to seeing people kissing in my TV shows and movies....

I understand what you mean, i also live in the U.S.A and raised here and i also see the same but i look for something different in indian shows from american shows. I understand that they do everything so whats a lip lock right?? But to me it just doesn't feel comfortable, it for me kills the real essence of love and to be honest it doesn't really suit us desi's even in Bollywood i don't like it!

no ya i totally agree with you....i like watching Indian stuff for that reason too because they show their love in so many different ways without kissing....but sometimes you just want them to KISS!!!!

My thoughts exactly Iman! I feel that us Desi just don't suit it , when you see the love portrayed in dramas, it has that innocence and pure tag to it so it just make it cute to watch 😆 although I'd love to still see a lip-lock between Maneet 😉 I don't care Maneet are freakin HAWT and the lip-locking session would be so DAYUM ☺️😆

@Canadian_girl87: I know i can understand, it's because the scenes they do are soo passionate, that you want something even more 😆

I agree with the above! 👍🏼
I don't think it would be a big deal + there's no censor problem either!
Maybe im just being selfish but i would like too see my favorite couples in such a scene 😳
Although i really am satisfied with the current maaneet scenes i mean they are really really romantic 😆 but as per your topic - i wouldn't complain if the took it a step further! 😳

@Faz: 😆 Yeah see, i knew many ppl think that, it's just not that cool when desi's do it 😆 yes exactly, i don't want MaanEet to lose that innocense bexase for me that;s what really makes them special but yeah i'm sure if they ever do it (Which i hope they don't 😆) i'm sure they'll be great!

Yes, but this is India and unlike western countries there isn't any child discrimination in viewing.... in India shows or dramas are family oriented, so the whole family can watch them and enjoy and you can't see every kind of intimate scene in front of kids of even elders, if you know what I mean!!..and a liplock can be very passionate for younger audiences... thats what I think keeps them from doing it.....maybe there's more to it or some other reason as well!....plus love shown in indian shows has that innocence to it...I mean a simple eyelock can be sooooo passionate and breath taking that I don't think we need a liplock to show love!!....but I agree, even I find it weird that they can show the couple kissing everywhere else except the lips....but I enjoy indian shows the way they are!!
