First option without a doubt. Unless I wud be okay with just dating and no marriage thing as well. But here Jaanvi is looking for commitment and Sagar has told her that he is not ready.

Definitely the first option.
I don't believe in casual dating. I'll get into a relationship only if I genuinely fall for a guy who is also serious abt me & our relationship. What's the use of sticking around with a guy who isn't serious abt you & is afraid to acknowledge his relationship infront of his friends & family? A person's self-respect should be above everything... including love.
