Jamadagni and Renuka's son, Shiv's disciple, Parashuram, goes to Brahma and asks for what he should do next. Parshuram has just killed some kings. Brahma says Guru gives knowledge, go to Shiv. Parshuram agrees and goes to Kailash. The Shivgan greet Parshuram and Parshuram tells him that he killed selfish Kings and has come to meet Shiv, they welcome him. Kartikey and Ganesh are guarding the entrance to the Bhavan. Parshuram goes to walk in but Ganesh stops him. Parshuram introduces himself, but Ganesh doesn't let him in. Parshuram asks if they have come to play there and Ganesh introduces himself and Kartikey. Parshuram says he is allowed to meet Shiv and Parvati without being stopped. Ganesh still doesn't let him in.
Parshuram tries to push Ganesh out of the way but Ganesh pushes him back. Ganesh says what kind of disciple are you, you'll never be able to get in with me and Kartikey here. Parshuram goes to attack Ganesh but he transports somewhere else and Parshuram keeps attacking with his axe but Ganesh keeps transporting himself elsewhere. Ganesh then uses his powers and Parshuram is unable to lift his axe. Parshuram is really angry and tries to attack Ganesh. They end up fighting with their weapons and then Ganesh wraps his trunk around him, both Ganesh and Kartikey laugh. Ganesh then sends him flying off and then lands back in the same place. Parshuram gets up, while Ganesh is laughing, he throws his axe and cuts Ganesh's left tusk. Ganesh is in pain and Shiv Parvati here and go to him.
Shiv wonders what has happened and knows something bad has happened, they both go out to check. Parshuram seems quite happy, while Kartikey is really angry now. Shiv comes out and Parshuram greets him. Parvati and Shiv see Ganesh's tusk. Parvati asks Kartikey what happened and Kartikey tells her.
Parvati asks Shiv to tell everyone whose fault this was, Ganesh's or Parshuram's? Parvati also says she can't take the decision. Parvati asks Parshuram why he has done this and she is very upset. She then gets angry and says Ganesh could have killed you, she decides to punish him. She goes off and Durga appears. They all bow their heads to her.
Note: They call Parshuram "Ram" in all this
