sorry for the delay folks - will be posted soon -
I started my treadmill walk today - the doctor
wanted me to maintain a low speed and so
vetoed outside walking - walked for 15 mins
- some snail speed walking - but even that
gave me a slight back ache - lack of exercise
for so long - so had to rest - will type the CK
and post,soon, ok??

awww akka, dun worry naa. Take care first. I think its because after a long time u started on small walk right, dats why i guess. Please take rest first RP 😳
