The fact that Shahids mom in the movie deserted her family for a guy she loved is justified so nicely in the movie later that we all understand when shahid understands his mom .The audience in the movie go thru exacyly what the characters do and are not goin further till the character takes them.Everything is so universal.nothin is a put on.Even while casting the actor who plays kareenas boyfriend Anshuman the director has taken a guy who doesent know actin and is unsophisticated cos he has to look like a proper funny cartoon.and how we laugh at the situational humor surrounding his scenes.


Even the high pitch tense sceneschoking in the voices of kareena chacha taya dad all so well captured especially pavan malhotras.the guy is an absolute natural.no scene overstays if we say dont want it to.When Kareena is sad We all are gloomy with her but the moment she gets bak to doin what she does best- being the lively happy funny Geet we feel so overjoyed too. God the way Kareenas face lights up like a thousand lightbulbs whenever shes all cheered up is sent from the heavens direct
Comedy is so inherent theres no escape .And even taken from everyday situations of triks all girls guys use 'ki chal usko jalati hoon to shayad yeh anchaha rishta naa judey' .The last scene Woh aa rahai kareena says to shahid and she hugs etcetc after confirming that Anshuman is coming and seeing that way -This scene has all of us cheering so Yeaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh.And Vow what a movie
