Use Cleanser, Toner & moisturiser everyday. Iam a beautician and i recommend artistry's CTM. Artistry's eye cream is good for dark circles. Also let me know , what is your skin type, so that i can suggest good products for your problem. if you need more info, let me know

I recommend eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. These will do a lot of good for brightening and evening out your complexion. Also, drink at least 8-12 glasses of water. This will really make a difference for your skin.

I always recommend people to make an orange peel face mask for brightening their skin. If you have dry skin use fresh orange peel with almonds and milk. If you have oily skin use dry orange peel with almonds, honey, and milk. Do this only once a week!

For puffiness around the eyes you can very, VERY gently and slowly roll and ice cube for a few seconds on each eye in the morning. Some people say this helps reduce dark circles as well, but I don't think so.

Cucumbers or cold tea bags on the eyes for 30 minutes are very good for dark circles. Even though mine are genetic, I did notice a reduction from cold tea bags. Do this only two to three times a week.

In the morning washing your face with cold water is good when it's hot outside, and it reduces face swelling that happens in the morning.

Use Rose Water as a daily toner, and you will see your complexion glowing and becoming more even. Use it plain if you skin is oily. If it is dry then add a little bit of glycerin. If you cannot find liquid glycerin, then you can mix it with Vitamin E or just your face moisturizer.

Give these things time to work! If after a couple of months you do not notice anything, you can always use facial bleach to put a glow on your face, but if your face is sensitive, I do not recommend facial bleach.

Though there are a number of face scrub brands, preparing a natural face scrub is easy and economic.I recommend you to preapre the following natural scrub with the following ingredients.
Wheat husk - cup
Honey - 1 tablespoon
Milk - 1 tablespoon
To prepare this natural face scrub, combine all the above ingredients in a small bowl and prepare a thick paste. Then, apply this paste over the face and neck. Make sure you avoid the areas around the eyes. Then make circular motions and rub the scrub for about 5 minutes. Wash off the scrub with water and you can feel the difference.

there are many techniques for glow on face however i personally prefer natural therapies as others are temporary and do not help in long term instead harm the skin further

Take care of simple things like

Have a good sleep- sleep and rest definetely help the skin to glow and stay rejuvenated

Have lots of water- water helps flush out toxins from the body making you have a glowing and cleaner skin

Have lots of fruits and vegetables- again sources of water and they also give roughage that makes digestion better...a healthier you inside will give a more beautiful you outside.

Try and remain happy...if you are happy an automatic glow is visible...happier you are more you glow- if you are troubled or stressed and are not too happy try and do some sort of physical workout- it stimulates the glands and leads to secretion of happiness hormone-serotonnin

try to follow a daily physical workout- when you sweat you release out skin toxins and other unclean germs- it also increases blood flow onto your cheeks and face making you glow.

If possible practice some basic yoga pranayam- the breathing patterns help increase blood flow-releases suitable hormones and gives a natural glow

Reverse excercise postured also lead to increased blood flow and reduces dark circles.

Do not experiment with too many cosmetics

For dark circles try using cold teabags or cucumber slices
Refrigerating metal spoons for some time and then putting on eyes also helps

Have a beauty sleep and dont sleep upside down- that leads to dark circles.

For external uses

You can use rosewater to cleanse your face daily. Also a more natural way can be to soak rose petals in water in a bowl and refrigerate-everytime you wash your face splash ur face with ur self made rose water

Moisturize daily- also use a night cream- it is very benificial- make sure every time you use something on your face your face is clean and washed. Never moisturize without washing face-it might trigger acne breakout

If you want glowing skin on your body add half a cup of honey to your bath water-it will leave smooth glowing skin

Use vitamin e oil -preferably massage deeply on face and neck every night.

Consume vitamins orally

For instant glow you can use sandalwood paste as a facial pack

Also turmeric and curd pack. Or honey and curd pack is helpful

U can also use an orange peel scrup or pulse and rice scrub

Curd or citrus fruits shouldnt be used on dry skin. Exchange curd with milk

Also splashing face with milk directly gives it a very soft and glossy texture

Make sure your skin gets enough nourishment

Hope this helps

Here are some options:

Put cold tea bags (one on each eye) for 20-30 minutes. You can do this once to twice a week.

Put a cucumber slice (one on each eye) for 20-30 minutes. You can do this once to twice a week.

Put a potato slice (one on each eye) for 20-30 minutes. You can do this once to twice a week.

Find ONE option that works well for you and stick to it. You should see a difference after a few times, but if you're like me and have genetically related dark circles, then nothing you do will help you. 😆

Also, just making sure you get enough sleep, drinking lots of water, and eating fresh fruits helps your skin and body so much!

...AND not to forget, SMILE!! 😃 Keep smiling and staying confident. Your glow and grace will come on it's own.

Hi I think you should visit a specialist instead of trying other procedures. they may damage your skin more if they turn out with side effects. i would suggest you to visit Richfeel trichology centre because they are expert in them. and have trained doctors to take care of you. It will be better for you if you do so. I hope this will help you.
