Koi Mil Gaya? (FF) Pt. 90 Pg. 146

"Maya! Maya!!! Wake up yaar!" Rushvi called. "His plane is leaving in an hour!"

"Rushvi...shut up and let me sleep!" Maya mumbled as she pulled the pillow over her head.

"Maya! Your mom let me in, so now get your butt up! We need to meet Karan before he leaves..."

"Ugh...god why did mum have to let her in. Just cause we're best friends, doesn't mean she can walk in anytime she pleases and wake me up! And all for Karan...I mean big deal, he's leaving! There's a thing called a telephone!" Maya muttered under her breath.

Maya pulls the covers off herself and pulls a robe over her satin p.j.s and opens her locked bedroom door.

"What is so important that you had to ruin my sleep?" Maya says.

Rushvi climbs the stairs two at a time. "Karan, our best friend, is leaving for like 5 years! Don't you want the chance to at least say bye to him?"

"I do Rushvi....but, why is it so early in the morning?" Maya complains.

"Early?? Maya it's 10 in the morning! His flights at 11, you call that early? Now get up...go in the shower, get ready and let's go! You'd think I was the one who's known Karan since childhood!"

"Childhood? So....yes we're better friends than you and him, but yaar....he's only going for 5 years!" Maya laughs while going into her bathroom.

Maya comes out, wearing a light blue salwar suit, while Rushvi is waiting for her dressed in blue jeans with a white, embroidered peasant top.

"My don't you two look pretty?" Maya's mom comments, as Maya grabs her car keys and heads for the garage.

"Thanks mum. We'll see you later."

"Give Karan my love!" her mom calls out.

"I will, don't worry aunty..." Rushvi silently thinks.

They reach the airport in record time, with Maya's reckless driving.

"I wonder where he is...I hope he's not annoyed with us!" Rushvi cries.

"Will you please calm down? Look there he is..." Maya points in the direction of the gates, of Mumbai Int Airport.

"You girls made it!" Karan leans in for them, but chooses to give Maya a hug first before Rushvi.

"He always does this...why is he so? I don't understand him. I mean...Maya clearly told me she doesn't like him, but...why does he always put her before me?" Rushvi thinks to herself.

"Rushvi's got that glint her eye again. She's feeling jealous of us. How many times do I explain it to her, that I don't like him!" Maya thinks.

Karan and Maya break away from their hug and he envelops Rushvi into a hug, who in turn puts on a big grin as she feels herself being taken away from reality into dreamworld.
