What happens when the groom decides not to show up at the alter? What happens when the famous bride decides that she's going to take revenge, with the help of the man she barely knows?
When Kripa Kapoor is left shocked at the alter, with Prithvi Bose suddenly missing. She decides to marry the best-man, Angad Khanna to talk revenge. But, in the ugly process to hurt Prithvi, Kripa finds herself heartbroken and in love with the man with a dark part that he refuses to share with Kripa, along with his heart. It's in Kripa's hands to either make him fall in love with her or move on in life.
Note: The title of this story is from a book. Only the part that the best-man marries the bride is from the story. The rest of it is original and mine. I just wanted to get that out there. I hope you guys enjoy the fan-fiction. I'll be posting the first part in a few days.
Characters:
Kripa Kapoor: A famous Hollywood actress, with success at her tips. Has everything, a happy family, a man who loves her. Fate has supported her to the time when she stands at her alter and ends up marrying a man who she doesn't even know, because the love of her life has betrayed her.
Prithvi Bose: Movie director and surrogate brother to Angad Khanna. He's filthy rich and his family had accepted Angad as a family member when Angad had been sixteen. Nervous and unsure of his decision, he leaves Kripa on the alter. It amuses him when he doesn't feel pained to see Angad and Kripa together like Kripa had planned.
Angad Khanna: A composer, singer in Hollywood who has never known who his father is, and has lost his mother at a very young age. His dark past and one failed marriage forces him to keep his heart to himself and push Kripa away emotionally.
