The doctor was checking Dashrath's blood pressure and fever as Dashrath was resting on his bed. Kranti was standing beside the bed while Sumitra and the girls were too present in the room.
DOCTOR- 140/90 BP..
Said the doctor checking at the blood pressure apparatus. Kranti gets tensed while Dashrath nods his head lightly.
DOCTOR- don't shook your head like that Mr Raghuvanshi. It's hypertension..
Said doctor looking at Dashrath getting strict. Kranti too gave a look at Dashrath.
KRANTI- doctor.. fever hai kya.?
Asked Kranti in concern.
DOCTOR- mild.. I will write some medicines down.
Said the doctor writing some medicines on the prescription. He handed the prescription to Urmila and again turns to look at Kranti.
DOCTOR- take his care. He needs to rest his body as well as his mind..
Said the doctor getting up from the bed. Sumitra moves towards him.
SUMITRA- anything else doctor.?
DOCTOR- no.. nothing to worry much. Just tell him to take rest.
Sumitra nods at him and the doctor takes a leave from there. Kranti nods her head in disbelief and settled down on bed.
KRANTI- kya aap bhi..? Kis baat ka itna tension le liya hai aap ne.?
Questioned Kranti while Dashrath didn't answered her anything. Kranti became sad looking at his ignorance. Sumitra looks at the girls and indicates them to leave.
SUMITRA- didi.. hum ate hai..
Kranti nods her head and Sumitra leaves from there with the girls. Kranti gets up from the bed and moves towards the wardrobe. She takes a comforter and moves near Dashrath again.
KRANTI- hamare room me rehte.. to you would feel more comfortable..
Said Kranti in a low voice covering Dashrath with the blanket. Dashrath looks at her without having any expressions.
KRANTI- have you had any exertion or what.? Delhi se aye hai, holi celebration and all.. you are feeling tired.?
Questioned Kranti getting concerned for him. Dashrath kept on looking at her who was frowning at him for his carelessness.
DASHRATH- Ram se bat hui thi meri...
Kranti stops her work in between as she heard Ram's word from him. She motioned her eyes to look at Dashrath who was already staring her.
DASHRATH- theek hai wo.. he is just worried for our other children. And for my health..
Said Dashrath telling her about his conversation with Ram. Kranti gulped hearing Ram's concern for everyone in the family.
DASHRATH- pata hai usne mujhse kya kaha.? Regarding you.?
Kranti's eyes grew wide lightly hearing her name. Dashrath gulped and continued in his weak voice.
DASHRATH- he asked me to forgive you..
Kranti's heart wrench in happy pain hearing Ram's words for her. Another obligation from her eldest son made her love him more. An unknown smile crept on her face. Both of them went silent saying nothing. Kranti looks at him and dared to ask him further.
KRANTI- aap... Aap ne kya kaha..?
Dashrath looks at her while she bows her head down.
DASHRATH- jab Kaushalya ne mujhe dusri shadi karne ko kaha tha... That time I denied Kranti..
Kranti kept on looking down while tears started forming in her eyes.
DASHRATH- I was getting scared for Ram. Kahi sauteli maa mere Ram ki zindagi kharab na kar de, iss bat ka darr tha mujhe..
Kranti closed her eyes feeling ashamed for herself. The thing which she never thought she will do in her life, the same thing was making her feel guilty.
DASHRATH- but then.. you came in my life Kranti.. aur mujhe yakin hogaya, ek sauteli maa bhi.. maa hi hoti hai..
Said Dashrath with a light smile. Kranti opens her eyes and looks at him. He forwards his hand to hold Kranti's hand and she looks surprised at his gesture.
DASHRATH- tum aaj bhi mere liye wohi Kranti ho.. jisne mere Ram ko sambhala.. usse itna pyar kiya.. hamare sabhi beto ko aise sanskar diye ki aaj wo itne acche insan ban paye hai..
Kranti feels on the top of the world hearing Dashrath's praise for her. She envelope his hand in her hand while he continued.
DASHRATH- yes, we disagreed with few things.. but iska matlab ye nahi.. ke me tumse pyar nahi karta.. mere baccho ki maa se pyar nahi karta..?
Tears started flowing from Kranti's eyes while Dashrath gulped feeling weak.
DASHRATH- I am sorry for my behavior Kranti..
Kranti shook her head in denial asking him to not apologize.
DASHRATH- inn dino mene tumhare sath bohot bura behave kiya hai. I ask for your apologies..
Kranti started crying closing her eyes while Dashrath closed his eyes for a moment. He takes his hand towards her eyes and wipes her tears. She opens her eyes to look at him.
KRANTI- you don't have to apologise.. agar kisiko mafi mangni chahiye.. to wo me hu..
Said Kranti removing her tears from her eyes while Dashrath kept on looking at her.
KRANTI- and I want to apologise.. to Ram.. to Siya.. to Bharat, Lakshman Shatrughan.. to our other bahus.. to you..
Said Kranti holding his hand tightly in her grip. Dashrath smile at her.
KRANTI- aap mujhe maaf karenge na..?
Questioned Kranti for which Dashrath lightly nods his head in yes. Kranti smile looking at his gesture.
KRANTI- aap jaldi se theek hojayiye.. we will together visit Ram and Siya and I will apologize to them..
Dashrath's smile widened hearing her. He closed his eyes as he was feeling sleepy. Kranti helped him to rest his back on the bed. She covered him with the blanket.
DASHRATH- Kranti..
She looks at him when he called her. He opens his eyes to look at her.
DASHRATH- don't run into any decision. Specially because everyone is forcing you.. I want you to take a stand, properly thinking about everything..
Said Dashrath again looking with straight expression. Kranti gulped hearing him. She lightly nods her head while Dashrath closed his eyes to sleep. She wipes her tears and smile looking at him...

Ram enters his bedroom and takes his cellphone from his pocket.
RAM- oho.. switched off ..
He looks at his phone which was switched off. Siya came near him and showed him his new t-shirt by placing it in front of him.
SIYA- nice na..?
Asked Siya with a wide smile on her face for which Ram too smile at her.
RAM- very nice..
Said Ram nodding his head in yes.
SIYA- Lakshman too loved his tshirts..
Said Siya telling him about the ones they have bought for Lakshman. Ram looks at the other bag kept on the bed and then at Siya.
RAM- and.. what about your dress.?
Asked Ram while Siya looks at him in confusion.
SIYA- what about that.?
Ram keeps his hand at his back and takes a step closer to her.
RAM- I want to see that dress on you..
Ram demands in a low voice with a smirk on his face. Siya smile at him.
SIYA- abhi.?
Questioned Siya for which Ram nods his head in a big yes. She bows her head down for a moment and then again looks at him.
RAM- I am waiting..
Siya blushed at his words and takes the bag with her in the washroom. Ram smile looking at her and puts his phone on charging. After a while, Siya came out of the washroom getting changed in her new dress. Ram turns to look at her and gets amused. She was not looking at his eyes feeling shy understanding his stare while Ram smile looking at the immensely beautiful side of his wife in front of him. She moves towards him and stand in front of him at a little distance.
SIYA- how am I looking.?
Asked Siya in a low voice looking at him. Ram smile at her and takes his hand near her to hold her hand. He turns her around and embrace her from back placing his hand on her hand which rests on her waist from front. He removes her hair from her back keeping it on her left side of the shoulder. He bends to kiss her half bare shoulder and she closed her eyes. He sucked her shoulder taking his whole time to leave her hold tasting her soft skin while she gulped at his gesture feeling weak on her knees. He looks at her and whispered at her ear.
RAM- beautiful...
Siya opens her eyes to meet with his eyes and smile at him. He kissed her beneath her ear lightly tightening the grip on her. He again watches her expressions and moves closer to her rubbing his lips on her shoulder when his cellphone started ringing disturbing their moment. They both looks at each other, Ram looking frustrated and Siya giggling at him. She was about to move from there when he denied to leave her hand, nodding his head in no. They both waited for the cellphone to stop it's ring. After a moment when his call got disconnected, he again smile at her.
RAM- Siya...
Ram calls her in his husky voice while an automatic smile crept on her lips looking at him understanding his reason to call her like that.
SIYA- ha Ram..??
Siya calls him too asking him what he is saying though she knows the reason very well. He turns her around to face him and wraps his hand around her back holding her close to him.
RAM- Siya...
He again calls her and looks into her eyes indicating something to her. She pressed her smile and lightly shook her head.
SIYA- nahi Ram..
She whispered and takes a step back placing her hand on his chest to push him. He raised his one eyebrow and again pulls her towards him. They both kept on staring each other for a moment after which Siya rests her forehead on his shoulder hiding her face from his stare. He smile at her and touched her bare shoulder softly with his finger. She closed her eyes and clutched his t-shirt tightly near his chest. He bends on her and was about to kiss her neck when they heard the knock at the door.
LAKSHMAN- bhaiya.. Sumant ji wants to talk with you..
Ram and Siya looks at each other hearing Lakshman's voice.
RAM- oh god..
Ram hits his head with Siya's head lightly sighing a heavy breath. Siya chuckled at his reaction while Ram gave a look at her reaction.
RAM- you always enjoy witnessing me in this state na..?
Questioned Ram with a pout for which Siya giggles at him nodding in yes to tease him.
LAKSHMAN- bhaiya..
Lakshman again knocks the door for which Ram answered him this time.
RAM- aya Lakshman..
Ram answered him by saying loudly so that Lakshman could hear his voice. He looks at Siya who was smiling at him.
SIYA- go now..
Said Siya pushing him a little away from her. He rolls his eyes in disbelief and feeling disappointed for not being able to complete his romance. Siya leaves from there towards the washroom to change her dress while Ram leaves the room to have a word with Sumant...

Manvi enters Dashrath's room and finds Bharat sitting on the bed near him while Shatrughan standing beside the bed, both of them watching their sleeping father. Ever since they have returned from office and got to know about Dashrath's health, both the boys are in his room near their father. Manvi moves towards Bharat and keeps her hand on his shoulder to gain his attention.
MANVI- Bharat ..
He turns to face her having tensed expressions. Manvi looks at Dashrath for a moment and then again at Bharat.
MANVI- sleep now.. papa bhi sogaye hai..
Said Manvi in a low voice for which Bharat again turns to look at Dashrath. She looks at Shatrughan and moves towards him.
MANVI- Shatrughan.. go and sleep..
Shatrughan was about to deny when Manvi interrupts him.
MANVI- no arguments.. jao aram karo..
Said Manvi keeping her hand on his cheek. Shatrughan nods his head lightly and turns to leave the room. Bharat too gets up from his place and Manvi goes near him. She again keeps her hand on his shoulder and he sighed looking at Dashrath. He leaves from the room allowing Dashrath to rest.
Shruti was arranging the clothes in the wardrobe when Shatrughan came in the room almost running. She looks at him and he directly moves towards her to embrace her in a tight hug. Shruti became little surprised looking at his reaction.
SHRUTI- cookie...?
Shatrughan holds her tightly wrapping his hands around her back.
SHRUTI- What happened.?
Questioned Shruti keeping her hand on his back while he closed his eyes tightly.
SHATRUGHAN- sshuu.. let me be.. please..
Shatrughan requested her to not ask anything and to allow him to be in that position. Shruti smile at him and caresses his back lightly making him feel better while Shatrughan tightens the grip on her. He stood there holding her for a while and Shruti didn't ask any question to him waiting for him to get relaxed. After a while he leaves her from the hug and holds her hands while she looks at him.
SHRUTI- better..?
Asked Shruti in a low voice for which Shatrughan nods at her with a light smile. She cups his face with her one hand.
SHRUTI- tensed about papa.?
Shatrughan feels surprised as she could correctly guessed his reason to get worried. He nods his head in agreement.
SHRUTI- it's normal fever Shatrughan.. nothing to get worried..
Shruti tried to explain him while he again nods his head. He wraps his one hand on her shoulder and pulls her towards him.
SHATRUGHAN- it's.. very difficult.. to look at your parents becoming old..
Said Shatrughan with a stammer while Shruti closed her eyes feeling emotional. She rests her head on his shoulder while he gulped looking scared.
SHATRUGHAN- wo ... Wo bas jaldi theek hojaye..
Said Shatrughan praying for Dashrath while Shruti nods her head giving him strength.
SHRUTI- ofcourse.. he will be fine..
She holds him tightly allowing him to get relax while Shatrughan closed his eyes tightly.
SHRUTI- jab papa ke sath unke char bete hai, char bahuye hai.. family me baki sab hai.. to bhala unhe kya hoga.? Hai na.?
Shatrughan again witnessed Shruti's mature side which always is reflected whenever she has to handle him in a tough phase. He smile at her and nods lightly.
SHRUTI- don't worry. Sab theek hojayega..
Said Shruti caressing his back while Shatrughan sighed thinking about Dashrath.
Bharat was sitting on the bed, covering his face with his palms. Manvi enters the room and looks at him getting worried for Dashrath's health. She could witness that worried and frightened expressions on his face after a long time. The same Bharat which he seemed when Ram left, could be witnessed by Manvi at that time. She moves towards him and he motioned his eyes to look at her standing in front of him. They both kept on looking at each other saying nothing. Manvi was about to speak when Bharat wraps his arms around her waist, digging his face in her stomach, like a kid is crying.
BHARAT- papa theek hojayenge na Manvi.?
Questioned Bharat in a low voice. Manvi keeps her hand on his head and caresses his hair softly.
MANVI- ha Bharat.. unhe kuch nahi hoga.. wo theek hojayenge..
Said Manvi giving him the strength while Bharat remain in that position having little tears in his eyes. Manvi kept on caressing his head.
MANVI- Bharat.. come on.. aapko itna darne ki zarurat nahi hai. Papa ko kuch nahi hua hai..
Manvi tried to explain him to not worry. He sighed and leaves her hold while Manvi cups his face making him to look at her.
MANVI- wo bas thodasa bimar hai. And human body tends to get ill. Isn't it obvious.?
Bharat lightly shook his head in agreement while Manvi smile at him. He holds her hand and make her to sit beside him.
BHARAT- bhaiya ko bataya.?
Questioned Bharat asking her if Ram knows about Dashrath's health. Manvi lightly shook her head in denying.
MANVI- choti maa keh rahi thi ki.. jiju will get unnecessarily worried..
Manvi told him about Sumitra's words when they were about to call Siya to tell them about Dashrath's health. Bharat nods his head.
BHARAT- sahi kiya.. bhaiya bhabhi are happy.. unhe.. yu hi tension nahi dena chahiye..
Said Bharat to Manvi, but his words were more for him, explaining himself. Manvi keeps her hand on his shoulder.
MANVI- relax Bharat..
Bharat lightly nods his head understanding her words.
MANVI- and agar aisa hume kuch lage ki jiju ko inform karna chahiye, then you can call him..
Bharat looks at her immediately hearing her words. She could witness tension in his eyes.
MANVI- na..nahi.. mera matlab hai. Agar papa ki tabyet kal tak theek nahi hui.. to..
Manvi tried to calm him down for which he sighed saying nothing. He holds her one hand tightly in his grip trying to calm himself down while Manvi caresses his back with her other hand...
