RG , Big cooking is kind of passion I have developed over the years. I love trying different stuff on such occasions. I do definitely take stress but I enjoy making it. Day to day cooking is pretty much South Indian at home , so I try to keep it interesting for me when we throw a party. Yday's first attempts were tender jack fruit biriyani, egg butter masala, ripe mango basil mint dip and fruit shrikhand. I ordered this 2.5 oz cube glasses and layered shrikhand with layers of apples, grapes and mangoes. Google helps and then I try bring in my variations . Tender idi chakkai ( kattal) I got it in Patel bros
A Neighbour Punjabi friend of mine and daughter helped solid yday. Hubs did the groceries and shopping with face time specific instructions. Had a lady come in for cleaning on Friday. It's all aches and sore feet now but shouldn't complain because I take it on myself
