Siddhant came near Roli... in the lunch time...

Siddhant; Roli... i wanted to ask you something...

Roli: What now???

Siddhant; Is there any job at your home???

Roli: Job??? which job you are talking about???

Siddhant: Anything for part time...like driver or gardener...

Roli: For whom???

Siddhant; for me...

Roli: For you!!!

Siddhnat; Yes Roli... you know i was doing part time job as driver in a place... but unfortunately they shifted to another city.. now i urgently need of a job.. thats why...

Roli; You do job as driver!!!

Siddhant: Yes Roli... Since school days after losing my parents and family in that accident.. i am taking care of my expenses by doing some work only...

Roli; oh.. you are orphan then... i was not expecting this...

Siddhant face turned dull hearing her telling him as orphan thought not sure what she really feel for him...

Siddhant: I am asking you as i dont have much time to search here & there... as the time will be wasted... and moreover you are my friend.. so thought of asking you first...

Roli; come on.. you already knows i dont want to become your friend.. now you asking for job to me & telling you as my friend...

Siddhant; Its ok.. if you dont want to be my friend.. but i am more bothered about my job as i need some more money to pay for next semester...

Roli think for a while...

Roli; Ok.. i will talk to my father & get back to you on this by tomorrow...

Siddhant;Ok thanks.. but do it tomorrow itself.. as otherwise need to check for other options...

Roli: Sure...

Roli on next half of the day was thinking what to do...

Whether to talk to father for making Siddhant work with them or not...

She was sure to convince her father if she want...

But really does she want...

In a way... Roli was feeling jealous that Siddhant got higher marks than her...

And moreover he is always trying to become her friend...

Now by making him as someone work under her..

It will be like he becomes her servant...

Then there is no chance for becoming friend or equal to her...

He can be treated as servant by her...

That is what Roli felt after thinking for long...

Roli went home...

Roli talk to her father...

Roli: Dad... one of my classmate.. he is in need of a job.. shall we...

Jamanlal: Classmate & job.. which job he can do...

Roli: He said.. gardening.. driving...

Jamanlal: But you know that we do our gardening with kaka already & we do self driving only...

Roli: Thats right.. but he is in need for paying his fees.. so i thought of considering his request...

Jamanlal: Oh.. Then for sake of helping he can... but how he will when he too need to go to college...

Roli: Lets make him as my driver.. then he can come with me to college and when i return.. he can return with me.. in the evening.. let him do gardening help kaka...

Jamanlal: Oh.. thats right... Tell him to come...

Roli: Thanks dad...

Roli meet Siddhant the next day...

Roli: Siddhant.. my father accepted for you to work.. so you can join...

Siddhant: Really thanks a lot...

Roli: OMG.. you are getting happy to work under me... remember that...

Siddhant: So what... i will be working under my friend.. i dont mind... all these days i was working with some stranger... this is better than that right...

Roli: Again you are forgetting.. you are only telling me as friend.. while i am not...

Siddhant; I know that...

Roli: So.. dont expect any friendship and all.. just be as a driver...

Siddhant: so i will be working as driver...

Roli;Yes.. you will be driver.. that too for me.. you only need to bring me to college and take me back... then if i go anywhere outside.. then you only need to drive for me.. you will be my driver.. understand...

Siddhant; yes i did...

Roli: In the evening.. when you dont have driving job.. you can help our gardener in gardening work.. we got servant quarters and you can stay there...

Siddhant; Oh well.. then my expense for the room too will be reduced..

Roli: Well... you can start driving my car from today evening...

Siddhant: sorry.. give me today time.. as i need to vacate my room and come.. so from college i will go to room and come to your house with my things...

Roli: Ok... well agreed...

Siddhant; By the way.. can you help me...

Roli: For what???

Siddhant; you know the last date of the payment of semester fees is tomorrow.. i am having the 90% of amount with me.. i need the balance 10%... you can adjust in my salary...

Roli: Are you crazy... you didn't even joined the job and asking for advance...

Siddhant; Roli.. i am going to be in your class only and where i am going to run.. for this fees only i was urgently in need of job.. actually i asked for advance in the place where i was working.. but he didn't gave as he is shifting... thats why...

Roli: How can i believe you are asking for only fees...

Siddhant: I will give the 90% money i have to you.. you can add the 10% to it and pay yourself in the fees counter...

Roli: So you expect me to pay fees for you...

Siddhant: No i didn't.. i only asked for money.. as you didn't trust to give that money for fees.. i told so...

Roli: What you will do if i take that 90% and wont give the fees...

Siddhant; You may not trust me.. but i trust you Roli.. you are my friend...

Roli: OMG.. wont you change... remember not to call me friend from now on as i am your boss and you are working under me.. ok...

Siddhant think for a while...

Siddhant; Ok..

The classes started...

Siddhant took his cycle & went to his room...

He vacated the room and packed his clothes & books in 2 bags...
