"Hmmm...you stay here...I'll be back in a while..." said Sid to Roli who was tensely fidgeting the ends of the red shawl that covered her. She was feeling very much awkward and embarrassed to be trapped with a stranger like this. As for Sid, his inner walls had melted somewhere seeing her purity and innocence but he was quite unaware of it. The only intention that roamed in Roli's heart was to reach home. But now when he asked her to stay back, she was really confused. "Ji...But I wanted to go home...I..." she said in a low voice. Sid raised his brows clearly indicating that he didn't like what she just said. "I didn't ask you to stay here whole lifetime...I just asked you to stay until I come back..." he said in a stern voice. "But..." begun a confused Roli. Sid kept his finger on lips indicating to her that she's supposed to be silent. She stopped talking and he said "Siddhant don't like cutting his words...And I don't listen to others...I say and others listen...that is the right way here..." She nodded obediently and a smile came on his face seeing this submissive nature of hers which was different from the other meetings (of course with Shruti) "Good...so stay in...And if someone tries to come in, just call me...here...note my number..." he said. Roli nervously saved the number in her phone that was held in her sweaty palms."Okay...I will be back soon..." said Sid as he threw a last glance at her and walked out. Roli stood dazed; what was he up to? Should she call Shruti and ask her to come?No...No...why should she invite anger from him...Anyway she'd wait here...May be he will come fast...
Little later in a garment shop in Delhi. Sid entered the shop terrorizing the poor owner who once had a clash with him and got enough from him. The pain of the twisted hand is still afresh...So as soon as he saw Sid he rushed to him "Saab...you...here...Please come..." Sid silently walked in with the same serious expression. Reaching the counter the poor guy asked "What brings you here saab...do I need to do something???" his tone was frightened and submissive. "Hmmm...I need a saree..." said Sid making the guy's eyes to almost pop out of their sockets. "Saree???you need saree???" he asked hysterically. Sid looked at him unpleasantly. " I didn't ask for butter after coming to garment store...I asked for a saree...Show me some.." said him roughly. The owner was confused. What was the guy going to do with saree? Has he got any plan to roam around in saree? That would be so funny!!!He giggled forgetting Sid's presence and when he did he very much regretted for his act. Sid left it unseen; he knew what all might be running in everyone's mind after seeing him coming to purchase a saree. But no way, he can't let the girl go out in that awkward dress right? "Here are some sarees saab...choose the one you need..." said the owner bringing Sid out of his thoughts. "Hmm...pack anyone...I don't need to see..." he said carelessly. The guy nodded confused and was about to pack a green one. That was when Sid's eyes fell on a simple blue saree on the desk. He couldn't stop himself from thinking how good she will look in it. Anyway he's purchasing, so let it be a good one. "Wait...pack that blue one..." said Sid. The owner nodded and packed it. "How much???" asked Sid once the guy gave him the cover. "Saab...no need...how can I collect cash from you..." Sid made a serious face at this. "I don't need anyone's free service...tell me how much it cost.." he said sternly. The dumbfounded owner told him the price and Sid pulled it out and inserted in the guy's pocket. The owner smiled and asked "For your girlfriend???" next moment he regretted for his question. Sid's features softened at this but getting back his rough self he said "No...for your sixteenth wife...dare not to ask me questions..." the man nodded frightened and Sid came out. Girlfriend???that definitely made him smile inwardly. Shoving his thoughts and marking them as stupid, he started towards the mandir.
Inside the temple Roli was growing fidgety every passing moment. She was so tensed. Why is he getting so late???What if he didn't turn up? And that was when she heard the sound of a bike. Soon she found him walking in with a packet. She downed her head when he came near her. "take this..." he ordered surprising her. "This???" she asked. "I told you I don't like questions...take this in and change fast..." said him confusing her again. Yet she nodded and went in to a room in the backside of temple.
Opening the packet she found a beautiful blue saree inside it..."Wow...beautiful...she admired it. He's not that bad...he saved her life, then her dignity and now this saree. She smiled lightly and wore the saree. She came out to him who was looking somewhere else. "Ji...I'm done..." she mumbled softly. Sid was stunned to see her looking more cute than a damsel in his selection. His heart skipped several beats and he understood he was drooling her. He swiftly looked away. "Come...I will drop you home.." said him. She was again confused. "No...no...you have already done a lot.now..." she was stopped by him again. "What did I tell you little before...listen to me...Don't teach me...come..." he ordered. She nodded. She prayed for one final time and got out of the temple. He got on his bike and signed her to sit. She was hesitating and he said "Jeep is on repair...and you very well know why..." She was again confused for the millionth time. How will she know why his jeep is on repair? "Get on..." he ordered and she did. She sat holding the handle of the bike sitting as much away from him. He was aware of her feelings but said nothing. He started the bike towards her home. On the way people were really surprised to see a girl with Sid and their nosey looks embarrassed Roli to the core. At a point of time, Sid carelessly drove over a bump. Roli's soft chest collided with his hard back in the process and she unknowingly held his waist for support. Sid felt his heart almost ready to explode. Roli was shocked and tried to suppress the butterflies that flew in her stomach with the sudden touch and withdrew her hand getting back to her old position. There was silence between them. Finally reaching Roli's gate, Sid stopped his bike and she got down. "Thank you so much...I know it's not enough for the helps you did ...but I can tell only that right...Thanks..." she said. Sid was internally so happy listening to her but concealed his feelings. "Don't think that I did it because I like you or out of soft corner...I just did it out of humanity...just that..." cleared him to hide his true feelings which was even unknown to him. She looked down. When he was about to start she asked him "Why can't you leave after drinking a cup of coffee?" Sid gave a sarcastic grin to her and said "Offer it to your future hubby...". He drove away saying this leaving Roli confused again. He was very difficult to understand...indeed very difficult...
