Ch 44 : Birthday Planning

"Mumma!" Reyaan shouted in glee as he entered their room, he had just returned back from his school and was happy as from next day, his winter break is starting. Rey followed him inside, chuckling at his son's excitement.

"My baby!" Taani cocooned him in her arms, Reyaan dropped his school bag on the bed and sat on his mother's lap.

"Mumma, we need to pack." Reyaan told her happily.

"For what, baby?" Taani asked him, confusingly while Reyaan hit his forehead with his palm thinking his mother forget about their holiday trip.

"Ohffo! Mumma, you forgot about our holiday trip?"

Taani bit her lower lip as she glance down at her son who was looking at her curiously. Rey was watching them, standing near the bed, silently admiring them.

"Sorry, baba. Mein bhul gayi, but don't worry. I'll pack our stuff in evening." Taani told him, Reyaan nodded and turned to his father.

"Papa, we will also help mumma."

"Sure, baby." Rey replied with a smile, he sat beside taani on the bed. Their arms bushed against each other, they both look at each other, staring deep into the eyes. Her breath hitched feeling his hand on her hand, her skin was warm & welcoming, having him want to feel her under his finger tips. His thumb was caressing the back of her hand, her fingers clutching the sides of her skirt. She lifted her gaze up, her soft gaze met with his heated one.

"No. You both need to go out and bring some stuff for our trip. I'll get the list ready." Taani said to both of them, she removed Rey's hand from hers and glance down at her son. Happiness twinkling in reyaan's eyes as he will go out with his father.

"We will buy new video game, papa promised me last week." Reyaan exclaimed happily, making his parents smiled at him. Taani ruffle his hair causing him to pout at her.

"Rey, where we will be staying in goa?" Taani asked him.

"Our beach house." Rey answered her with a smile. Taani gave a nod to him in return.

"Can you help reyaan in changing his clothes?" Taani asked him, Rey nodded in return. Taani smile and left the room as she has to get their lunch ready.

After she left, Rey helped reyaan in changing his clothes.

"Papa, do you know mumma's birthday is coming." Reyaan told him in hushed tone.

"Yes, baby, I know after 2 days its her birthday." Rey answered him.

"Can we plan a surprise for mumma?"

"Offcourse, baby, we will plan something and celebrate her birthday in grand way, but don't say anything to mumma for now. Okay?"

"Okay, papa." In happiness Reyaan hugged his father, then the duo went in hall to have their lunch.

Ch 45 : Emotionally Attached?

Next evening they reached Goa. Rey was showing them around the beach house after that they went in their room. Due to tiredness Little Reyaan fall asleep as soon as he hit the bed.

Rey went to Taani who was standing near the balcony, enjoying the cool breeze.The change in her outfit brought hidden desires in him. Reminded him of their college days, when she used to dress up like a cute doll she was.

"Nobody can say you are a mother of 5 year old, still you look so beautiful..so sexy-" He whispered in her ear, standing behind her. Her breathing was ragged, she was aware of his close proximity.

"You should wear western more often, not that i mind seeing you in those sexy sarees." Rey whispered, taani cursed him for being so irresistible. Rey smirked close to her and wrapped his arms around her from behind, he knew what kind of effect he has on her. He slipped his hand inside her top, her breath hitched feeling his hand caressing the smooth skin of her belly.

"No strings attached, it will not stay this way for long, sweetheart." Rey thought to himself, looking at her. He knew she still loves him but scared to accept her feelings due to her painful past with him.

"I'm hungry." Taani stuttered nervously feeling his fingers making patterns on her skin. She shudder under his touch. She was feeling weak in his arms.

"So am i, Baby." He whispered back, pulling her into him, he nibbled her ear lobe then gently bit it, earning a moan from her.

"But I'am for food. So, go and bring something for me to eat." Taani said to him, gaining control over her ragged breathing, she pushed him away. Rey look at her bewildered with her sudden move.

"One should learn from her to how to kill a romantic moment." Rey mumbled to himself there to arrange food. Taani cursed herself for coming up with the idea of no strings attached as it was backing firing on her.

She is finding herself getting attach to him emotionally, creating a emotional bond with him again, Of which she was scared. What if again a misunderstanding and he will leave her again? How much she try, she couldn't bring herself to trust him with her heart again.

She was head over heels in love with him, ready to do anything for him and she did everything for him, but what she got in return, he called her with names, named her love fake and left her without even thinking what will happen to her after him.

"No! I'll not fall in the trap of these relationship & love. The only relation i have is with my son. I'll not let him play with my feeling again. I'll maintain distance from him." She thought to her, tears brimmed in her eyes at her own helplessness.
