Amma & Aichmophobia
before long it was time for the meetings she armed herself with every thing she had ever worked on, mentally reviewed every list she had ever made, grabbed a slim can of grape juice

She felt "ok" during the day but was still unable to keep anything down in the mornings, she had thrown up her poha a few minutes before her meeting

She felt like she had taken a sleep aid, just unable to stay up, she put her head down on her desk and snoozed for 15 minutes
Her direct reports knew she was pregnant now, Amit woke her 17 minutes before her meeting, though she felt well rested, she wanted to sleep for another couple hours

She wondered how Amma spoke in class for 8 periods when she was pregnant with Akka and then so many years later with her
And then taken the bus home and cooked and cleaned and taken care of Akka and Periappa

The food was yummy but over priced and a blow to her nostrils

She had called in the morning to investigate her missing purse, she was careful with her "phone charge"

"No... umm.. I have a meeting in 7 minutes" "Three" she texted

She yawned...

"Are u tired?" he asked

" I AM DONE, I DONT WANT ANY MORE KIDS ONE IS ENOUGH" "ARE U LISTENING?"in a roundabout sorta way acknowledging she was indeed worn out

He sent a half smile

"I AM SERIOUS. U LAY ONE FINGER ON ME NEXT YEAR. YOU WILL HAVE NONE LEFT TO TWIRL THOSE LOCKS" she texted caps

"Its not the "finger" II" he reminded her smugly🤣 (how she got pregnant)
