That's exactly what I struggle with. I want to read travel pursue a few hobbies but the entire day goes in cooking cleaning going to work fighting massive traffic jams and yes sleeping and eating. None of which is consequential for higher goals in life. I sometimes feel why am I living this mechanical life. For money? ? But the point is I don't even save anything. All of this seems so useless at times.
