I agree with what you say, but they were never mistreated, they were paid fair wages, they are bound by the same "employment at will" laws, each of us has the opportunity to go pursue a degree and shoot for that higher paying job. The workers CHOSE to retaliate by stopping work, and they are as guilty as Ranjan... Ranjan is not celebrating their misery, he has a chef night every other weekend or so...

yes i am unable to sleep today .. :-) well i totally agree about Ranjan he is not wrong he treats them well but most cases these workers are bound by unions right to call a strike so even if they dont want to they are forced into a strike ..not sure how it works but the fact remains its always the innocent who get affected Ranjan and the workers 😭the chachu gang and the corrupt political guy with connections to the union head make the money😡.. I could be so wrong since all this is based on Bollywood movies 😉
