Next day Nishant was getting ready for the office when Buaji enters into his room.
Nishant: Buaji .Aap yahan? Kuch kaam tha mujhse?
Buaji: Haan, waise tu kahin jaa raha tha.
Nishant: Haan office.
Buaji: Hey bhagwan. Nishant tu bhi na.Kal deepawali hai aur tu. Aaj bhi tujhe office ki padi hai.Kam se kam do teen din ke liye to office ko bhool ja.
NishantWOh buaji. Main aisa hi karta par kya karoon . Office mein bahut kaam hai.
Buaji: Jhooth mat bol Nishant. Maine Kanan se poocha tha aur usne bataya ki Malhotra's ka contract po mein poora ek mahina hai aur phlhaal utna kaam nahi hai.
Nishant(smling): To ab aap meri office ki khabar bhi rakhne lagi hain. Accha theek hai, aap jaisa kahengi waisa hi hoga.Bataiye kya karna hai m ujhe.
Buaji: Kuch nahi . Maine Kanan se kaha ki tu aaj uske saath deepawali ki shopping karne jayega.
Nishant: No Buaji. Aap janti hain i hate shopping.
Buaji: Chup kar. Janta hai woh kitni khush thi.Ab jyada nakhre mat kar.
Nishant: lekin b uaji.......
Before Nishant could speak anythi ng, Kanan enters into the room.
Kanan: Nishant. Maine sab sun liya hai. Agar aap shoppin par nahin jaana chahte to koi baat nahi. Main Buaji aur tanu ke saath chali jaaongi.
Nishant: Nahi Kanan .Actually main bhi offic e mein kaam kar kar ke bore ho gaya tha. meri bhi outing ho jayegi. Hum log jaroor chalenge.
Kanan was too happy after hearing that.
Buaji: Ye hui na baat. Chalo tum dono naashta kar lo. Uske baad to tum dono ko phursat nahi milegi.
After finishing off thier breakfast, Kanan and Nishant goes out for shopping.
First they enter into a watch showroom.
Kanan asks the shopkeeper to show some designer watches whereas Nishant just kept on looking here and there.
Kanan finds a watch very beautiful and selects it for Nishant.
Kanan: Nishant.Apna haath aage kijiye.
Nishant smiles and extends his hand.
Kanan(tying watch on his hand):Kaisi hai.
Nishant: Beautiful. Really Kanan. Aapki choice bahut acchi hai.
Kanan doesn't know what to say after this and start smiling.
After that, they enter into cloths showroom.Kanan finalses a kurta pyzama for Nishant , a salwar suit for Buaji and clothes for Tanu, Bheem and Bali. She finds Nishant missing from there and at last, she founds him finalsing a saree for him.
Nishant: Kanan idhar aaiye.
Kanan hapily goes to him.
Nishant: Ye saree kaisi hai.
Kanan looks at the saree and finds it very attractive.
Kanan: Bahut acchi hai.
Nishant: Mujhe lagta hai ye aap par aur acchi lagegi.
Saying his, he smiles and goes from there with the saree.
Kanan was happily surprised.
After that they makes the payment and leaves from there.
It was afternoon and Kanan and Nishant both were hungry.
They enters into a restaurant and have lunch.
After that they continue shopping till evening.
At last they enters into a jewellery shop.
Kanan was buying some jewellery for Tanu and Buaji whn she founds something on her neck. She looks in the mirror in front of her and find Nishant placing a diamond necklace on her neck.
Kanan: Nishant ye.....
Nishant: Kuch mat kahiye Kanan. Bas ye samajh lijiye ki ye mera tareeka hai aapko batane ka ki aapki meri zindagi mein kya ahamiyat hai. Main bahut dino se aapse ye kehna chahta tha Kanan par pata nahi keh kyun nahi paaya ki aap mere liye kya hain.Bas main aapse yahi kehna chahta hoon ki mere dil mein ek jagah khali thi jo aapke aane se bhar gayi hai. Aur a bmain apn i zindagi aapke bina soch bhi nahi sakta.
Kanan was surprised after hearing all this from Nishant
and tears began to flow from her eyes.
Nishant(wiping tears from her eyes): Ab aapko rone ki koi jaroorat nahi hai Kanan. Main waada karta hoon ki aaj ke baad aapki aankhon mein aansoo kab hi nahi aayenge.
Saying this, 👏 😛 😉 he hugs Kanan tightly. Totally flown away from his act, Kanan too hugs him in his arms 😛 😛 😛 .
Kanan: Main bata nahin sakti Nishant ki aaj main kitni khush hoon.Aapne aaj mujhe meri zindagi ki sabse badi khushi di hai.
Nishant: I know Kanan. Aur main waada karta hoon ki ye khushi hamesha rahegi.
At the same time the shpkeeper enters and they both leaves each other with embaraasment.
Nishant pays the bill and then they leaves from there holding each other's hand 😊

The day of the deepawali has arrived. The saxena mansion was filled with happiness and joy. Everybody was busy in decorating the house.The day passes and the clock shows 7 Pm in the evening. The guests began to arrive and everybody was getting ready. Nishant was wearing the kurta pyjama Kanan has bought for him and Kanan was wearing the saree Nishant has bought for her with a sleeveless and backless blouse and do i hav to say that both of them were looking amazing 😳 😛 . Kanan was giving final touches to her makeup when suddenly Nishant entered into her room.
Nishant: Kanan woh(suddenly he looked at Kanan and becomes a statue after watching her)
Kanan: Kya hua Nishant. Aap aise kya dekh rahe hain?
Nishant: Aap bahut sundar lag rahi hain Kanan.
Kanan: Thanks Nishant. Waise kuch kaam tha mujhse?
Nishant: haan woh buaji aapko neeche bul rahi thi.
Kanan: Ok .
Saying this, she was about to leave when Nishant stops hr holding her hand. She felt a cold snsation in her whole body when he hold her.
Nishant: Ek minute Kanan. Aap kuch bhool gayin.
Kanan: Kya?
Nishant takes her to the dressing table. He picks up the maang teeka and fixes it up in her hairs.
Nishant: Perfect.Ab koi kami nahi hai.
Saying this, he smiles and Kanan replies in smile too.
Nishant(extending his hand):Chalein?
Kanan(looking in his eyes and giving her hand in his hand slowly):Haan.
Saying this, they both goes downstairs.
They reached downstairs where everybody was waiting for them.Buaji and Tanu felt so good finding them together.
All of them gets busy in guests. Nishant was busy in his friends and business asssoiciates whereas Kanan was desparately waiting for someone.
Buaji: Kanan beta, pooja shuru karein.
Kanan: jee buaji bas 10 minute aur.
Buaji: Kisi ka intezaar kar rahi ho.
Kanan: Jee buaji. Actually meri ek bahut acchi dost hai jo bahut dino baad mujhse milne aa rahi hai. To maine use yahan bula liya. Maine kuch galat to nhi kiy na buaji.
Buaji: Kaisi baatein kar rahi hai tu. Ye ghar ab tera hai. Tu jise chahe bula sakti hai. Kisi se poochne ki koi jaroorat nahi.Waise woh b tak aayi kyun nahi.
Kanan: Pata nahi. Ab tak to use aa jana chahiye tha.
Buaji: Shayad traffic mein phans gayi hogi.
At the same time, Reeva arrived there.
Kanan(Looking at her): Lijiye woh aa gayi.
Reeva looked at her and smiles.
Kanan: To ab waqt mila hai madam ko yahan aane (hugging her)How are u.
Reeva: I am fine. Kya bataun yaar. Mumbai ka traffic to tu jaanti hi hai. Bas usi chakkar mein late ho gayi.
Kanan: Chalo koi baat nahi. Chal tujhe kuch logon se milwati hoon.
Saying this, she takes her to the buaji.
Kanan(introducing Reeva to Buaji):Buaji ye hai meri sabse acchi aur sabse purani dost Reeva. Aur Reeva, ye hain meri Buaji.
Reeva:Namaste Buaji.
Buaji: Namaste beta. Ye dekhkar accha laga ki tum apni dost ki khushiyon mein shamil hone aayi ho.
Reeva: mujhe to aana hi tha buaji. Aakhir meri sabse acchi dost jo thehri.
Buaji: accha tum dono baatein karo. Main tab tak panditji se pooja ke liye kehti hoon.
Saying this, Buaji leaves from there. Menwhile Kanan introduced Reeva to Tanu , Bhem and Bali.
Reeva: Arre yaar, sabse milwa diya par unse to milwaya hi nahi jinse milwana chahiye.
Kanan: Milwati hoon milwaati hoon. Have some patience. Saying this, she looked for Nishant and find him with his friends.
Kanan(calling him): Nishant.
Reeva was shocked by hearing the name from Kanan's mouth. Nishant looked at kanan and was totally shocked by finding the lady standing next to her.
He comes near Kanan.
Kanan: Nishant maine aapko bataya tha na apni friend ke baare mein. Well here she is Reeva. My best friend. (Holding Nishant arms in her arms)Aur Reeva, ye hain Nishant. Mere hone wale pati.
Reeva and Nishant both were shocked and started looking at each other.

Nishant: Hello Reeva.
Reeva: Hi.
At the same time Buaji calls Nishant and Kanan for the pooja.
Kanan: Nishant. Buaji pooja ke liye bula rahi hain.Reeva tum bhi aao.
Saying this, she holds Nishant's hand and takes him awayfrom there whereas Reeva follows them.
Nishant and Kanan reaches near Buaji.
Buaji: Panditji is baar deepawali ki pooja Nishant aur meri hone wali bahu shuru karenge.
Panditji: Theek hai. Pooja jinke haathon shuru honi hain woh aage aa jayein.
Buaji: Nishant, kanan beta aage aao.
Nishant and Kanan smiles and takes their place. Pandit ji gives them pooja ka thaal and they starts doing the aarti.
They both were smiling and looking at each other. Reeva was standing and looking at the two. Nishant too looks at Reeva and becomes a little bit disturbed.
After sometime the aarti finishes and now it's the time to celebrate.
Everbody was enjoying and busy in bursting crackers whereas Kanan, Nishant and Reeva were standing togehter .
Kanan: Pata hai Nishant. Reeva bhi hum dono ki tarah ek failed relationship se gujar chuki hai.
Nishant looked at Reeva.
Kanan(To Reeva)Par Reeva tumhe hum logon ko dekhkar kuch seekhna chahiye. Humne bhi kabhi nahi soch tha ki hum log aage ki zindagi kabhi jee payenge par dekho, aaj hum log ek saath hain aur kitne khush hain.Main sahi keh rahi hoon na Nishant.
Nishant(smiling): Bilkul theek. Aap kabhi galat keh hi nahi sakti. Insaan ko apni picchli zindagi bhoolkar hamesha aage ki sochna chahiye. Jaroori nahi ek relationship fail hone se zindagi ruk jaaye. Ho sakta hai ki aapke liye bhi koi banaya gaya ho.
Reeva too smiles after hearing that.
At the same time, Tanu arrive there.
Tanu: Ye kya chachu. Sab log phatake jala rahein hainaur aap.Chaliye.
saying this, she holds Nishant's hand and takes him with her.
Reeva:Kanan, ek baat poochon.
Kanan: Kya?
Reeva: Kya Nishant bhi ek failed....
Kanan: Haan Reeva. Nishant bhi apne college ke dino mein kisi ladki se bahut pyaar karte the. Par us ladki ne apne career ko Nishant ke upar samjha aur unhe chhod diya. Kabhi kabhi main sochti hoon ki kitni badnaseeb hogi wo ladki jisne Nishant jaise insaan ke pyaar ko nahin samjha. Par phir sochti hoon ki accha hi hua, warna mujhe Nishant kaise milte? Right.
Reeva(smiling): Tumhe ye sab kaise pata?
Kanan:Nishant ne mujhe khud bataya. Unki sabse badi khoobi hi ye hai ki woh kabhi kisi se
kuch nahi chuppate.
Reeva: Unhone tumhe us ladki ka naam nahi bataya?
Kanan: Maine poochna jaroori nahi samjha. Jis baat se aapka koi matlab nahi , uske baare mein jaankar kya karna.Important ye hai ki main aur Nishant aaj saath saaath hain aur bahut khush hain.
Reeva smiles after hearing that. Before she could ask anything, Tanu comes there again.
Tanu(To Kanan)Ab aapko alag se invitation dena padega. Chaliye.
Saying this, she takes her too from there.
Kanan(To Reeva): Comeon Reeva.
Reeva too follows her.
Tanu takes her and make her stand beside Nishant.
Nishant gives a phuljhadi in her hand and places his hand on her hand and they both starts smiling.

Reeva was so busy in looking at Nishant that she didn't realize when her saree caught fire by a cracker.
Nishant watches the scene and he ran towards Reeva leaving Kanan screaming Reeva and extinguished the fire by his hands and in such a try his both hands were burnt.
Reeva cames back into senses when Nishant asks him.
Nishant(in a worried tone): Reeva are u ok?
Reeva (looking at him):I am ok Nishant.(Then taking his hands into her hands)Tumhare haath to buri tarah jal gayen hain.
At the same time Kanan also reaches there with Buaji adn Tanu.
Buaji: Kya hua beta. Sab theek to hai.
Kanan: Reeva are u ok?
Nishant suddenly felt that his hands are still in Reeva's hand. He takes his hands out of Reeva's hands.He was feeling a little bit strange.
Reeva: I am ok Kanan. Par Nishant ke haath jal gaye hain.
Kanan looked at Nishant's hands and takes them in her hand.
Kanan: Oh god Nishant. Chaliye upar main in par ointment laga deti hoon.
Reeva was a little bit jealous finding Kanan and Nishant too close.
Kanan and Nishant goes upstairs whereas Reeva kepton looking at them.
Tanu:Reeva. Tum theek to ho na.
Reeva: Ya i am fine.
Tanu: Good, to chalo phatake chalate hain.
Saying this, she takes Reeva with her.

In the room, Kanan has washed Nishant's hands and was about to apply ointment on it.
Kanan: Jyada dard ho raha hai.
Nishant: Bilkul nahi. Mera dard to aapke haath lagate hi chala gaya.
Kanan looks at him and starts smiling.
She applies ointment and Nishant feels some pain.
Nishant: Ouch.
Kanan: Kya hua jala kya.
Nishant: Thoda sa.
Kanan(smiling): Bas ho gaya.
Saying this, she applies ointment and then was finished with the dressing.
After sometime they came downstairs . The clock was showing 12 Am in the morning.
Reeva: Thanks Nishant . Tumne mujhe bachaya.
Nishant: It's ok Reeva. Thanks kehne ki koi jaroora nahi hai. Agar aapki jagah koi aur bhi hota to main yahi karta.
Reeva(To Buaji)Accha buaji ab mujhe chalna chahiye.
Buaji: Arre beta itni raat ko tumhe akele nahi jaana chahiye.
Reeva: it's ok Buaji. Main chali jaoongi.
Kanan: Nahi Reeva. Buaji bilkul theek keh rahin hain. Nishant tumhe chhod aayenge.
Nishant was a little bit surprised.
Reeva: Really iski koi jaroorat nahi.
Nishant: It's ok Reeva. Main tumhe chhod aata hoon. Chalo.
saying this, they both leaves from there.
In the whole way, Reeva kept on looking at Nishant and remembering their old times when they used to go on long drives in college, whereas Nishant kpt on driving without looking at her.
Nishant: Ab kahan?
Reeva: Jee.
Nishant: Yahan se left ya right.
Reeva: Left.
Nishant takes a left and soon they reached at Reeva's house.
Reeva: Thanks Nishant.
Nishant: It's ok Reeva. No need to say thanks.
Reeva: Andar nahi aaoge.
Nishant: Actually no. Bahut der ho gayi hai. Buaji aur Kanan wait kar rahe honge.
Reeva: Nishant. Jo kuch bhi hamae beech...
Nishant: Jo kuch bhi hamare beech tha Reeva woh ab khatam ho chuka hai aur main sab kuch bhool chuka hoon. Jo kuch bhi hua woh hum dono ka personal decision tha aur use lene mein na tum galat thi na main. Tum apne career ke liye jyada chintit thi aur amin tumhe galat nahi kahoonga. Mujhe lagta hai ki jo kuch bhi hua use bhoolkar humein ek nayi shuruat karni chahiye. Aaj meri zindagi mein Kanan hain aur main unse bahut pyaar karta hoon aur mujh poora vishwaas hai ki tumhe bhi apni zindagi mein koi na koi jaroor milega jo tumse pyaar karega.Tum Kanan ki sabse acchi dost ho aur agar tum chahtiho hum log acche dost ban kar reh sakte hain.

Reeva happily accepts his hand.
Reeva: Goodnight Nishant.
Nishant: Goodnight Reeva.
Saying this, Nishant leaves from there whereas Reeva kept on standing there for sometime and then goes inside.
On hisway, Nishant was thinking what he said to Reeva and thought was he serious when he said all that. Kya reeva a uske liye ek dpst se badhkar kuch nahi hai. Agar aisa hai to Kyun use ajeeb lag raha hai. At the end he shruuged off all teh thoughts thinking that may be Reeva was his first serious affair, that's why he is thinking too muchabiout her but now Kanan is in his life and he loves her from the depth of his heart. 😊
