Here it is..

Ingredients:

Gram Flour / Besan - 1/2 cup
Icing Sugar / Confectioners Sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Milk ( at room temp)- 2 tsp

Method:

Grease a plate with ghee.

Sieve gram flour, and caster sugar. Set aside.

Now in a large microwave safe bowl, take 1 tbsp ghee and add in the sifted besan and mix well. Microwave it for a min take out and mix well. Tip contents out. In the same bowl, take the remaining ghee and zit it for 30 sec.

Now remove melted ghee from microwave and add in icing sugar, milk and gram flour. Give this a good mix.

Now zit this for 1 min. Remove it stir and repeat for another minute.

Now the mix will be little foamy. If it's not foamy and airy, pop that in microwave for 30 secs extra.

Pour into the greased dish and level.

Allow it to cool down for 10 mins. Slice and serve.
Do not cringe on pulling out and stirring - that's crucial!
