Arnav is angry. First he was mad at her, now he will be mad at himself. Since Khushi is the only one who has read his innermost thoughts (the letters addressed to his Mother) she knows how vulnerable this brave-faced man really is. Right now, she is thinking as a mother. Her husband tried to harm their child. He shagged her and felt her all alone. She felt like a piece of meat which he just used to vent out his frustration. And he will agree to it all when she accuses him.

Yes, she will go to her parents because she needs to be away from him for sometime till she is able to realise that her love is greater and can forgive all of his wrong-doing towards her. But will she be late? Will Arnav give up by then? Let's hope not.

Arnav will be really sad when she will accuse him of what he has done and how she felt about it. But
I am taking it as a hint that as Khushi knows his innermost thoughts and how vulnerable he is...she will realize it once she's away from him at her parents house and then will find it in her heart to forgive him as she too loves him a lot.
I don't think she will late...Arnav might think he has lost her forever but she will definitely make him move on and be happy with her. This incident will make them stronger and now onwards Arnav won't believe anyone over Khushi. So it will all result positively for them as everything happens for good.
