Why Naani isnt living with the trio is explained in the third chapter! She wanted to get away from the noise and pollution of the city so she lives in out of city farmhouse! Even Anjali does not live with her brothers. She lives with her husband but when her husband is out of town she comes to her family mansion like right now!
