Chapter - 1

Flashback :

Inside a park a 12yrs old girl is sitting on the ground holding hurt her leg and a 13 yrs old boy is trying to remove her pain.

Boy : Taani, bohot jyada pain ho raha hai??? ( While saying this tears made their way through his eyes) Mein dad ko bulau,hum doctor k pass chalte hai,tum ruko ya...

Girl : Rey relax, mein thik hu. Tum kyun ro rahe ho,dekho bas choti si chot hai,mujhe bilkul bhi pain nehi ho raha hai.

Little Rey : Sure na??? Tumhe jara sa bhi pain nehi ho raha hai na???

Little Taani : Ha baba, Sachi. I perfectly fine. Tum please rona band karo . ( with that she wipe his tears)Tumhare rehte huye mujhe kabhi kuch so sakta hai kya???

Lil Rey : Waise u r right,mein tumhe kabhi kuch nehi hone dunga, jara si bhi chot nehi lagne dunga tumhe,I PROMISE .

Lil Taani : I know Rey, ab chalo apna wo specialwali smile do mujhe.

And immediately Rey smiles ear to ear showing his famous dimple.

Flashback ends.

Suddenly Taani came back to her sense feeling the pain in her forehead and looking around the place she found her in the washroom of her new room...her and Rey's room. A sad smile appear on thinking of the past and tears continuesly flowing from her eyes , not coz of the pain she is feeling in her forehead but the pain she is feeling in her heart. How her life changes within few days and turn full 360 degree... not only her life but Rey's and her relation also...

With these thoughts she carefully dressed her wound and came out in her night suit. She glances towards the bed where Rey was sleeping on the bed occupying almost whole bed intentionally.

Taani (In the mind) : Kabhi tumne promise kiya that ke mujhe jarasi bhi chot nehi lagne donge, aur aaj pehli baar mujhe jaanbujhkar chot di aur ekbaar mudkar dekha bhi nehi... Kyun badal gaye itna tum Rey??? Uss Aarushi ne tumhe itna badal diya ke ab who mera purana dost to kahin dekhai bhi nehi de rahi... I know tum bohot jyada gusse mein ho,bus ekbaar tumhe sachai pata chal jaye, to sab thik ho jayega . Mujhe kal morning mein hi Rey se baat karni hogi,bohot ho gaya uska ignorance and misunderstanding, ab nehi. I will not let that girl ruined ur life and family. Tumhe sach ka pata chalna hi chahiye, who bhi jaldi hi.

She silently go to the walking closet and take out a quilt and headed towards the couch near the bed. After setting herself in the couch she glance one more time towards him , but no movement seen. With heavy heart she lay down and almost instantly sleep taken over coz of the tiredness and wound.

After some hours Rey woke up due to the thirst. He drink the water which was kept beside the bed-side table and he saw her. He can easily understand that she was not comfortable there. He came out of the bed and tip-toe headed towards the couch and sit on the knees in front of her. He could see the small bandage in the side of her forehead. A long tear escape from the corner his eyes.

Rey (in The Mind) : I'm sorry, I hurt you but tab mein hoss mein nehi tha,bohot jyada gusse mein tha mein. Per kyun kiya aaisa tumne Taani??? Kya mera,mom-dad ka pyar kafi nehi tha ke tumne paiso ke liye ye sab... Mein chahun to bhi tumse nafrat nehi kar paoonga par tumne aaj dosti ke upar se mera trust utha diya, and I will not forgive u for that... Mujhe to pata nehi mom-dad ko jab pata chalegi k tumne sab aapne faide ke liye kiya hai to who to toot hi jayenge. Par kya who sab ek natak tha??? Kya koi 16 saal tak natak kar sakti hai aur hame samajh hi nehi aaya sachai kya hai???

While thinking these Rey came back to the bed lay down with wide open eyes. For sometimes he kept thinking about the changes came into his life.

Rey ( T) : Kya jo Aarushi keh rahi hai who sahi hai ya jo main feel kar raha hun who sahi hai??? Who to mujhse kabse baat karne ki kosish kar rahi hai, aur aaj bhi who kuch batana chahati thi... Jo sachai mein Taani ke ankhon mein dekha kya who sab bhi ek natak tha??? OH GOD!!! Mujhe kuch samajh nehi aaraha hai... I think mujhe hi sacha ka pata lagana hoga... Kya mera dil sahi hai ya dimag??? Kya Taani ki ankhein sach keh rahi hai ya Aarushi??? I have to find out.

With these thought he slept.

Next Day Morning :

Taani woke up due to the ring of her phones alarm. She quickly stop it before it disturb Rey's peaceful sleep. She look at him and smile to see him sleeping with open mouth as usual. She so wanted to pull his cheek like always but stop herself and straight goes to the washroom. After some time she came out wearing a beautiful red saree with golden and black border.

Taani's saree

She dried her damp hair and comb it so that her wounds don't get notice by anyone, put a kajal to highlight her innocent eyes and a lip-gloss, wear her bangles and mangalsutra and put the sindoor in her parted maang. Rey's sleep got distureb coz of the sound of her bangles, he groans and sat on the bed.

He look at her and wanted to compliment her after seeing her so beautifully dressed up like always he do but stop himself and headed towards the washroom. Before he could enter Taani called him,he stop in his track but didn't look back.

Taani : Rey, I don't want topsoil your mood but mujhe tumse baat karni hai, plzz ekbaar sun lena jab bhi tumhara time ho,plzz.

He just nodded. With that he enter the washroom and close the door. Taani came down and took blessings from Mr. Singhania who was sitting in the couch and reading newspaper.

Mr. Singhania : Khus raho beta. Aao beitho.

Taani : Mom kahan hai Dad???

Mr. S : Who to kitchen mein hai.

Taani : Ok, mein abhi aati hun kitchen se.

Mr. S : Ok.

Taani enter the kitchen and saw that her MIL is instructing Kaka, The old man who is working for many years, whenever Mr. and Mrs. Singhania goes out of the town he took care of Rey like his own son. Everyone treat him as a family member, even Taani. She took blessing of her MIL.

Mrs. Singhania : Khus raho beta,sada shuhagan raho. Rey kaha hai??? Utha ya nehi.

Taani : Nehi mom uth gaya hai, erady ho raha hai. Then she took blessing from Kaka also.

Kaka : Aare Taani ye kya... Khus raho beta. Badimalkin mein nasta lagata hun aap jaake baatein kijiye,mein bula lunga.

Mrs. S : Thik hai, aao Taani.

Taani : Mein bhi Kaka kei help karti hun.

Kaka : Nehi beta mein Kar lunga.

Mrs . S : Haan beta tum abhi chalo, hame tumse baat karni hai.

They came to the living room and sat on the couch.

Taani : Kya baat hai Mom???

Mrs. S : Pehle ye bataon kya Rey se kuch baat ki???

Taani : Nehi. Usse iske bare mein batana aasan nehi hai, aur mein ab bhi keh rahi hun hume use abhi iss bare mein kuch batana nehi chahiye.

Mr. S : Par beta aap akeli kaise sab handle karenge? Aur use sach nehi batoge to uska behavior to same hi rahega.

Taani : I know Dad, Isiliye meine thik kiya hai ke use adha sach kahenge. Par mein aakeli kaha hun? Aap log to hain na mere sath...

Mrs. S : Wohi baat to karni thi tumse, tumahre Dad ko aur mujhe ek neyi project ke liye Chennai jana hoga, aur sayad kuch mahine rehna bhi paade. To abb se singhania industry aur Rey ko tumhe hi handle karna hoga.

Taani : Kya??? Per aap dono chale jayoge to mein akeli Singhania industry kaise handle karoongi???

Mr. S : Hum jaante hai beta ke aap capable ho, to don't panic, u can do it. Aur maine Power Atorny tumhare naam kar di hai. So don't worry, Hum touch mein rahenge,if u need any help aur sugeestion hum bas ek call ki durrie par hai. Par app Rey se jarur baat kar lena.

Taani : Hmm, kab ja rahe ho aap log???

Mrs. S : Breakfast karke hi nikal jayenge. Aur ha uss ladki ko jitna ho sake rey se dur rakho, uska bura sanya panda nehi chahiye Rey par.

After that they talk about something related to office and home when Rey came down.

Mrs. S : Aare Rey, aaygay tu,chal sab milke breakfast karte hai.

Rey : Mujhe late ho rahai hai Mom, mein Academy mein kha lunga.

Mr. S : Rey, kuch nehi sunna hai mujhe, 5 mins se kisiko koi loss nehi hoga, khake jao.

Rey : Sorry Dad, but I cant. Bye.

With That Rey goes out of the house and drove to his academy.

Mr. S : Dekha kinta baatameez ho gaya hai ye ladka...

Mrs. S : Ye sab uss ladki ki wajah se hai, Taani, ab tu hi Rey ko sudhar sakta hai.

Taani : Mom, don't worry, sab thik ho jayega. Chaliye aap dodno Breakfast kar lijiye. Aapki flight ka time bhi hojayega.

And with that three of them headed towards the dinning area. After breakfast Mr. and Mrs. Singhania leave for airport.
