Chapter - 8

R : Ya Aarushi .

Cl : How r u Rey?

R : I'm gud, and u?

While talking Rey was constantly looking at Taani where as she seems lil bit uncomfortable, not coz of their cozy moments which they spend few minutes ago, but the main coz as u all know Aarushi. He understand her state of mind.

When she moving away from there to the kitchen, he holds her hand and indicates her to not go anywhere. First she try to get out of his hold but he seems determined so she gave up and stood there looking at everywhere else. But she can feel his constant gaze on her and a tight but soft hold on her wrist which making her heart thumping fast.

A : I'm ok. (She is sounding low)

R : Howz ur dad? Sab kuch thik to hai na?

A : Ya Rey, treatment to chal rahi hai, aur dad recover bhi jaldi kar rahe hai. 2-3 days mein discharge ho jayenge to main I'll be back to Mumbai. (She said wth excited expected that Rey will b Suprised)

R : Tht's good. Take care of him. Aur batao kuch kam tha?

A : nehi, koi kaam nehi tha. Tum to itne busy ho ke mere aane ka ekbar bhi cl nehi kiya, so maine hi socha ki tumhe cl karlun. Taani k sath busy the? (She asked with jealosy)

R : Haan, main inn dino kuch jyada hi busy hun. Kuch cheese hai jise mujhe thik karna hai. Kuch galatiya ki hai jo rectify karna hai. After all apne life precious thing ko main lose nehi kar sakta. (Listening to him Taani look at Rey with wide eyes)

A : Ohh, aaisi konsi cheez hai Rey? (she is keen to know)

R : Sorry but I cant tell u that. ( Saying this he gave Taani his devilish smirk, in result she smack his shoulder and look away while smiling) Ok chalo, main rakhta hun, bye.

A : Bye Rey. ( in disappointing tone)

He cut the cl.

T : That was rude.

R : Jo sach hai woh hai. U know I pretend, I was busy so busy. I know I was rude but it was indeed needed. Waise r u jealous?

T : Wat? Ma...in main kyun jealous hongi?

R : Kyun nehi hai reason, jealous hone ki? ( Stepping forward still holding her hand while Taani goes backward)

T : Nehi ha...hai to sahi, but main ne...nehi huyi.

R : Is it so?

T : Ye...yes.

R : Tumhara face to ye nehi keh raha tha jab Aarushi ka cl aaya.

T : Rey, hath chodo, khana banana hai.

R : If u can do it by ur own or ans me.

T : Rey,

R : Taani,

T : (stepping closer and looking straight into his eyes) Ok, tumhe sach sunna hai na?

He innocently nod his head.

T : Par ek shart pe, uske bad no teasing, promise?( LLHH while she unhold his hand from her)

R : Pakka Promise.( In trance)

T : Ok. ( Step more close, he was like)Actually Sach ye hai ki ( Move her face towards his ears and says) Sach ye hai ki...

R : Ki?

T : That u r stinking. Yeewww!!! ( Laughing whole-heartedly)

Rey was smiling to see her happy face, coz he is the reason of her smile. After all the mistakes which has done in past few days was killing him. But her one smile will wipe away his all guilty. He can any thing to make her smile.

R : ( making False glare)Haan haan thik hai. Jyada hasso mat aur lunch banao thik se. I'm damn hungry.

T : ( still laughing)First u go and take a bath.

R : Stop laughing Tanni.

Till now she moves to the kitchen all laughing like a maniac.

T : I wont, meri marzi main jitna chahe hasungi.( Showing her toung)

R : Ok, do wat u want but yaad rakhna, u have to pay for it later.

T : U first go stinking POOO...

R : Urrggghhh

Rey goes to his room while faking anger and smiling inwardly. On the other hand Taani was still smiling and feeling the old days once again around her.

3 days later

Rey came back to the academy after a meeting with an invester. He was waiting for Taani in his cabin. This has become his routine to eat lunch with Taani whenever they both get time. Today she insist to make some home-made lunch and having it in their academy. She wants to meet the gang also knowing they love food made by her.

He was sitting on his chair facing the glass wall and his back was facing the work desk and the door. He was so engrossed to think about the twist & turns his life took since his marriage and the changes he felt after giving their relationship a chance.

Soon his revive broke by a pair of hands which was kept at his eyes closing them. His mind was telling that it must be Taani, coz withing this time of period she must have came from home to academy. But his heart was missing those new growing feeling, whenever his skin came into contact to her skin, which was missing and his aroma and presence which he failed to get at that point. With out thinking or guessing he stood up and detach the hands from his eyes get his vision back. And the person came and stood in front of him.

But he was shocked to see the person in front of him. It was none other than Aarushi. Before he can react, she throws her hand around his neck and continues her blabbering.

A : Oh Rey, I missed u so much. I know tum bhi mujhe utna hi miss kiye ho. Finally I'm back to u.

And before he can say anything another blow came.

A thud' sound caught his attention and when he look towards the source of the sound, he found her standing at the door looking hurt and betrayed, which was killing him. The lunch-box, which she was carrying with her, was lying on the floor half open and the food was also spread on the floor. He just want nothing but swipe it from life, right now the most precious person of his life, his wife, his Taani. But the lady in his arm was not ready to leave him.

With great difficulty he detached her arm from his neck and without saying anything to Aarushi, only throwing a hard glare to her, he run behind Taani. But his luck also didn't give his support to him. At the entrance his path was blocked by some reporter, who want an interview of any member of D3 academy and they got the chance. Lots of questions raining towards him but he kept looking at her car which was going away, like his life was departing from his body. Without having any other option, he started to give them their answer, half-heartedly.

Here a big and satisfying smile appeared on Aarushi's face thinking about her luck, which is now on her side.

*****Flashback*****

Aarushi was waiting in her cabin for Rey to come back to academy after his meeting. She came back in the morning. Soon she heard from a staff that Rey came back few mins earlier. She was going towards his cabin when her eyes fall on the main gate of the building where Taani was coming out of her car. And an evil smile crept in her face.

At night

Due to hectic schedule Rey came home late compare to others days, when he came back early or on the way picked Taani from office.

But todays was exception. He very well know the incident took place at the afternun has leave a big impact but he was helpless coz there was an imp event is coming and he has some responsibilities. Though he has called her several times, but to his dismay her mobile was switched off.

He got the info from her office that she didn't back to office, which scares him to death. But he got reveal when Kaka called him and informed him about Taani's sudden arrival and her noticeable mood-off.

Before going towards their bedroom, he asked about Taani to Kaka.

R : Kaka, woh Taani...

K : Rey baba, woh toh dopeher se kamre mein hi hai, niche bhi nehi aayi. Ghar aate hi mujhe kahan ki unki saar mein dard hai to unhe disturb na karun.

R : Thik hai Kaka, aap jaiiye, main dekhta hun.

He enter in the room. It was pitch dark as the light was off, only moon light is coming from the window. And to see her in that situation made feel like him kill himself.
