Chapter - 5

Rey was waiting for the traffic signal to turn green but his mind was occupying with the convo that took place few mints earlier between him and Swayam on academy's parking lot.

Flashback

Sw : Hey Rey, Don't mind yr, sab mazak kar rahe the tab.

R : Bro, whatz wrong with u. Tu kabse formal ho gaya aur khud hi bol raha hai k sab mazak kar rahe the and they are my frnd also yr, I know them. And top of all unhe to actual fact ka andaza bhi nehi hai. Woh to sab ye bhi nehi jante ke meri anr taani ki bich aaisa koi relation nehi infact...

Sw : Infact??? Kya chupa raha hai tu?

R : Yr situation aur bhi worst hote ja raha hai day by day btw Me and Taani.

Sw : And all credit goes to u of course, hai na???

R : Ya I know, main itna impulsive ho jata hun kabhi kabhi and u know na yr jab gussa aata hai to control hi nehi rakh pata hun apne aap par. Feeling shame on myself. Aur Taani bhi to kuch nehi share kar rahi hai. I know uska bhi reason hai but main kya kroon, kuch samajh nei aaraha hai yr.

Sw : Dekh Rey, Jahan tak main tujhe janta hun I know tu agar koi galati karga bhi to tu usse sudhar lega but just one suggestion, don't hurt Taani in all this. Coz u know na woh kitni sensitive hai aur sabse badi baat woh genuine hai , just trust her and give sometime. Baki sab God par chod de.

R : Haan yr I have to be patience lil more.

Sw : Good. Now I take a leave.

R : Ha ha , ja warna tera Siren gussa ho jayegi.

Sw : Hey watch out haan, aab woh meri wife hai and main apni wife ke against kuch sunne wala hun.

R : WOW!!! Easy dude, ek Sharon kam thi kya darane ke liye ki aab tu bhi...

Sw : Hahaha, ok now gd ni8,see u tom.

R : Ya gd ni8.

Rey was thinking about what swayam was said to him.

RTH :

Swayam was right.

At least mujhe samajh na chahiye tha Taani ko.

Sabse pehle woh meri best frnd hai.

Bohot galat kiya Rey tune.

Taani ko kinta bura laga hoga.

Mujhe usse maffi mangni chahiye.

Rey came into his sense by the disturbing sound of other cars which was indicating that the signal is green and if he dont start his car now then some problem may arrive soon. And he started and speed up his car with a determination to ask apology to her.

Singhania Mansion

When Taani finish preparing the dinner the clock shows the arrival time of him, the person don't want see her face. The same person who cant even imagine a day without meeting her is now hate her so much. She left for room disheartendly as he will come any time after assigning the duty to kaka to make sure that he eat his food on time.

After sometime Rey enter the home hoping to see her as usual in the kitchen or near the dinning table to arrange the food but his bad luck she was not there. He goes to his room to see her but when he enter the room was pitch dark resemble the absence of her and then last night's event came into his mind and the way he push her far from himself by his word. Now he is regretting his own deeds.

He leave his room and headed towards the dinning table. Before decending from the steps he look at the guest room door which is closed. He came down and sit on a chair. Kaka came from kitchen and start to serve him but he stop him.

R : Kaka, pehle Taani ko to anne dijiye.

K : Woh baba, Taani bitiya ne kaha ki woh badme kha legi,unhe kuch kam hai.

Rey was going to call her but his egoistic mind stop him to do so.

RTH:

Itna bhi kya gussa ki khane k time pe bhi nehi aayi.

Aur to aur Kaka se kaha per mujhse nehi.

Kam ka bahana, khud to bolti rehti hai juth mat bolo aab dekho khud ko.

Galati bhi to maine hi ki hai, kya kya bol diya usse kal.

But woh pehle ki tarah aake daant bhi to sakti hai na.

Itna paraya kar diya usne.

Itna gussa bhi achi baat nehi hai.

Nehi, dekhta hun kab tak gussa karti hai madam.

Par uske bagair kha kaise sakta hun?

Bhuk bhi to lagi hai.

Aur kya main kuch keh nehi sakta.

Manta hun kuch jyada bol diya par baat khatam karun to kaise.

Hey Taani k KrishnaJi, aab main kya karun.

K : Baba, kya soch rahe ho,aap khalo, main bitiya ko bhi khana de aayunga.

R : Thik hai, but itna dhyaan rakhiyega ki woh khana jarur khaye.

K : Ha baba, ab app kha lo.

R : Hmm.

Rey eat his dinner silently and disheartendly . After dinner he was going to his room when he stop in his track and marched towards Taani's room. He was about to knock but his egoistic mind stop him to do that.

Instead of talking to her, he change his direction towards his room and came after some time with a folding piece of paper in his hand. He insert the paper beneath the locked door and headed towards his own room, which is now there but she is not there.

Taani's Room

Taani was fully engrossed in her Laptop and doing her work, actually for others she is busy with work but in real she is just going through their Pics saved in her Lappy. From their Friendship to their Marriage.

TSH :

Kyun sab kuch itna badal gaya, Krishna Ji.

Hamari dosti, woh masti, sab jaise khatam ho gaya.

Main janti hun Rey naraj hai mujhse.

Ussa gussa jayaj bhi hai, par uski nafrat nehi she paungi main.

Pehli bhi to fights hoti thi, but phir Rey aake mana bhi leta tha mujhe, toh phir aaj kyun nehi aaya?

Soon she heard a knock on the door and when she was opening it , notice a piece of paper lying on the ground. She picks it up and open the door. Kaka was standing there with the dinner. Kaka enter the room and place the tray on the side table and trun to her.

K : Bitiya kha lo, bohot Raat ho gayi hai.

T : Ji Kaka, Main kha lungi.

Kaka was leaving the room when Taani ask...

T : Kaka, Rey ne...

K : Rey Baba to kha liya aura bb to so bhi chuke shayad.

T : Thik hai.

She closed the door and sat on the bed.

TSH :

Itna naraj ho ki akele dinner bhi kar liya aur mujhe bulaya tak nehi.

Kya tum sach main mera chera tak nehi dekhna chahte?

Agar aaisa hai to thik hai, Main bhi kalse tumhare aas paas bhi nehi ayungi.

She open the paper and understand that it was written by him.

Kal subha pura group aaraha hai, ready rehna. And plzzz pretend to be normal.

Rey.

Fine Rey, jaisa tum chahoge waisa hi hoga. Aaj tak main wohi kiya jo tum chahte the aur age bhi wohi hoga.

With that she eat her food and sleep.

In The Morning

Taani was arranging everything, specially the food. Coz she know how much Gang loves the food made by her. Though she was never part of the dance group but they all shares a good bond with Taani, except one. She know all of them and they all are comfortable with Taani, coz of Rey, who eventually drag her everywhere, whether it was group celebration or formal party or just Night out.

Taani was busy in kitchen when Rey enter there. He was dying to see her face. He wants his old innocent Taani who always ready to fight with him for the silly things. So he thought to talk to her before Gang's arrival.

R : Taani sab ready hai????

T : Haan.

She said without turning towards him, which hurt him. He thought that she would now fight with him and will start her cry but what he got was just a cold reply. His trance was broken by the doorbell. Taani turn and without glancing over him goes and opened the door to welcome the whole gang, without Aarushi.

G : Hey Taani. How r u?

T : I'm good yr. Come in guys.

R : Watz up Guys?

G : Good yr.

Every one hug Taarey and settle in the living room. Kaka served the snacks and juices to everyone.

Soon all of them are engrossed in their gala time. Everyone was busy, girls are gossiping and boys as usual doing there masti and looking at their respective girls, time to time. But one soul was feeling restless. Ya, itz Rey. And the reason is of course Taani's ignorance which is becoming unbearable for him by every passing seconds. He was looking at her every now and then but she didn't look at him at all. He was missing her, though they are sitting in the same room since morning but still she was far away from him.

RTH :

Oh God, She is damn Angry on me.

Aab main kya karoon?

Plzzz Taani ek baar to dekho meri taraf.

Do din ho gaye tumhare chehre par smile nehi dekha.

Baat bi nehi hui hamari.

Now itz enough Rey, tune galati ki hai, aab ego ko side mein rakh ke Taani se baat karna.

Haan ek baar sab chala jaye, then sab sort out kar lunga. Oh god ye raat kab hogi aur sab kab jayenge.

Abhi to bus sham huyi hai.

His thought process was disturbed by a slight push given by swayam on his back who notice him sad and lost since morning.

Sw : Kya baat hai, subha se dekh raha hun kuch khoya khoya hai tu?

R : Kuch nehi. ( Said sadly)

Sw : Kuch to hai, warna tere chehra ka barah kyun baja huya hai?

R : Yr, maine tujhe bataya than a kal.

Sw : Haan to solve nehi huya?

R : Nehi, mere ego ki wajah se maafi hi nehi mang paya Taani se.

Sw : What? (Lil bit loud to which gets wired looks of everyone but he manage it by shrugging his shoulder and an innocent smile followed by Rey.) Tune abhi tak solve nehi kiya? Kya muhurat nikal ne ka intezar kar raha hai? Aur ye tera ego itna bara kab ho gaya ke Taani se maafi bhi nehi mangi tune.

R : Aare sorry yr, but aab magna chahta to hun. Par Taani baat karna to chod dekh bhi nehi rahi hai meri taraf.

Sw : Tune kam hi aaisa kiya hoga.

R : Aab lecture dena band kar aur koi idea de na. Waise bhi raat se pehle baat to ho bhi nehi payegi.

Sw : Kyun?

R : Tum log jo ho. Taani to tum sab pe hi busy hai.

Sw : Thik hai thik hai, main kuch sochta hun.
