He can't believe how much she's changed, and I'll give him that. It's been five years, he's been living with his memories of her, and she was quite naive when he had known her. But is her change really that shocking? She's changed everything about her that made her such an easy target to Arnav--she's powerful, independent, successful, rich, connected, AND she has a family. She's bounced back, regardless of whether she's healed or not. I hope this shock is momentary, and ASR can give her the benefit of doubt of how Khushi's potential could have changed her.
On the other hand, I can only really see a downward spiral for Arnav. He's changed, but I don't think he completely understands the extent of her hurt when it comes to Arnav. She isn't going to the happy tears and run back to him. And he's also choosing to overlook the fact about the father in Kinara's life. Kinara, I feel is definitely Arnav's, but Shagun I'm not to sure. Arnav could be right, she could possibly be adopted, Khushi would TOTALLY do something like that. But she could also be Tarang's.
I would have said that perhaps she was too scarred to get into a physical relationship again, and that too in a city where she had been hurt most brutally. But we did see her changing in Tarang's care, enough to be able to kiss him. Maybe Shagun is Khushi and Tarang's child? Maybe they are a true couple? Or are they platonic friends simply living together to give Kinara and Shagun a proper family, as that was one this Khushi and Tarang both lacked growing up? But would Tarang be able to do that? He did envision himself with Khushi as his wife in the past.
OMG there are so many possibilities! Hope to see the next part soon!
