Susheela became very emotional:Khushi,you know that I lived for Aastha.Her parents' death made her very weak as they were everything for her.But i gave her the strength to live her life.But now..i know that i can't be with her forever.I'm suffering from cancer.
All were shocked.
Khushi:Susheelaji!

She burst into tears:Nothing will happen to you.

Arnav:I will take charge of your treatment.

Sush:I was diagnosed with cancer very late.I am in the last stage now.So treatment can't do anything.

They became very upset.

Sush:Now I have only one wish.My last wish. I don't want Aastha to be an orphan.I request you all to look after her like your own daughter.
K:Susheelaji...Aastha helped me a lot.I can never forget that.

Aarav:We can never ignore Aastha and you.When mom was alone what you both did for her is priceless.

Arnav,Khushi and Aarav went to Susheela's house to pick up Aastha.They saw a crowd there.
They got inside the house.
They saw Susheela's dead body.Aastha was crying near her.
They were shocked.

Khushi:Susheelaji!

She could'nt control herself.She broke down in Arnav's arms.
Arn:Khushi...
Khushi was crying bitterly:I can't bear it Arnavji...
Arnav shed tears silently.He knew that he can't console her as Susheeji can't be replaced by anyone else in Khushi's life.

Aastha cried loudly:I have no one now.I am alone.
Aarav went near Aastha and kept his arms on her shoulder.
Aar:Aastha...we are there with you.
Aastha looked at Aarav emotionally.She thought:You can never be with me Aarav.I have lost you forever.

She turned off her face.He wiped her tears.

She closed her eyes as she felt it soothing.

Padmini's cremation time. ..

Aastha could not stop crying.Khushi hugged Aastha and shed tears.

Poojari:Where is her son to perform the rites?
Khushi:He is no more.
Arnav:I will perform the rites like a son.
Khushi,Aarav and Aastha were surprised.
Arnav performed the rites.

They took Aastha to their house.The Raizadas recieved her very well.She was upset.

Aastha thought:Once I dreamt of entering this house as Aarav's wife.But fate kept something else in store for me.

She saw Aarav and Radhika together.She felt sad again and walked off.
Aar:Radhika...Aastha should be comfortable here.She deserves all happiness.We should never let her eyes be wet.

R:Don't worry Aarav.Now Aastha is not only your best friend,but also my only friend.I will make sure that she is happy here.
Aarav-Radhika smiled.

Arnav saw Khushi crying in her room.Arnav kept his arm on her shoulder.

Arn:It was because of anklet I felt.I made you wear anklet.Then i don't know how I attempted to kiss you.

She blushed.

Arn:Khushi...now look at your feet.Anklets have made your feet so beautiful.

She smiled.

He caressed her feet.
