It seems Arnav was trying to use every opportunity to be near to Khushi, even if it means bribing authority to change the conditions of the tender. He wants to start a new life with Khushi without lies. That's why he talked about his past relationships with countless women. He wabts her to feel confortable before taking the next step in their relationship. How sweet of him.
