Part 1

Arnav Singh Raizada was a 25 year old business tycoon who was the best in the fashion industry.He had won many awards.Girls swooned over him but he didn't care.He kept himself away from them and was always professional.He loved his family:his Nani,his Di,Anjali and her husband-his brother in law,Shyam.He didn't like the idea of marriage and that's one of the reasons his sister and Nani always brought pictures of girls to him to which he would royally decline.Arnav went jogging every morning and this morning was no different.As he took a quick sip of water in the living room before running,his sister came up to him "Chotte,look at these girls.I am sure you'll like one of them"

Arnav rolled his eyes.He smiled at Anjali "Di,you know I love you and I know you love me and that's why I am sure you'll kindly respect my wish and stop bringing the topic of marriage up to me"

Anjali smiled "I'll stop on one condition"

"And what is that" Arnav asked interested.

Arnav hung his head.He should've known it was too good to be true.He looked behind Anjali's shoulder and gasped "Jeeja ji,how could you do this"

Anjali frowned and turned around.She looked around but Shyam was nowhere in sight.She turned back to face Arnav and gasped.He was gone "Can't believe I fell for that one again" she mumbled angrily.

Arnav was walking along the pathway of a small forest when he noticed a shadow.It was the figure of a woman.He was about to turn away but stopped when he noticed her on the edge of a cliff "Hey you" Arnav called out.The woman didn't turn around.Arnav walked up to her and grabbed her elbow,pulling her away from the cliff "What are you doing?" he asked.The wind blew and covered the girl's face.Arnav frowned and removed her hair from her face.Arnav was shocked to see the girl's face glowing.She was beautiful.Her beautiful hazel eyes reflected shock and surprise to him.

He barely heard what she said.He only saw her lips move and so he stepped towards her unknowingly.The girl widened her eyes and pushed him making Arnav shocked "You..You can see me?" she asked,shock and surprise evident in her voice.

Arnav frowned and nodded "Why wouldn't I?"

The girl stared at him and held his hand.She brought it up between them and asked "Can you feel me?"

Arnav couldn't help but begin to think this girl had gone crazy.He slowly nodded "Yeah..but why is your hand so cold.It's not that cold here"

The girl immediately let go of Arnav's hand and stepped back.Without saying another word,she turned around and began walking away.Arnav watched her walk away.He couldn't help but ask "What's your name?"

The girl stopped.She looked at him over her shoulder "Names are meant to be told if two people are meant to meet again.We are never meeting again so there's no point in you knowing my name and me yours" She turned back and walked away.

As Arnav watched her disappear into the fog that was growing,he couldn't help but think over her words 'Names are meant to be told of two people are meant to meet again.We are never meeting again so there's no point in you knowing my name and me yours' She had a very strong point but he didn't know why he felt disappointed.He looked around.The fog had disappeared and so had she.

A Few Hours Later

Arnav sat in his leather chair in his office and couldn't help but think of the strange,mysterious,yet beautiful girl he met in the forest.She was probably the first girl who had caught his attention and he just couldn't stop thinking about her.He had only talked to her for a mere 5 minutes and he wanted to see her again.Arnav went back to their conversation.She was quite mysterious and seemed shocked when he grabbed her but why wouldn't she be? It must have been surprise to her when she was grabbed by a total stranger but why did she ask him if he could see and feel her.Arnav held his head as thoughts clouded his brain.He was never used to being confused and he didn't want to start now.He closed his eyes and decided to take a small break.Grabbing his car keys off the table,he walked out the office.

Arnav was driving at the right speed when he noticed a flash of blue.He slowed down his car and looked out the window more clearly.It was her.She was in the park,looking around.The car behind Arnav honked at him.Arnav pressed on his pedal and parked in the parking of the park.He got out looking for the girl.He knew she was here somewhere.He could feel it.Arnav's eyes finally caught the flash of blue and knew it was her.He watched as she sat down on a lonely bench and walked towards her.

The girl was looking around when she noticed him...sitting right beside her,staring at her "You" she accused.

He gave a small smile "Me...how are you"

She looked away and stood up.Arnav also stood up "What's your name" he asked the question which kept haunting him.

The girl stared at him "Why would you want to know?"

Arnav shrugged "You yourself had said that two people should know each other's names if they are meant to meet again"

"Well hopefully we won't meet again" she said and began walking away.

"That's what you said last time" he said as he walked with her "Why don't you want to see me?"

"I don't want to see anyone" she said in an emotionless voice.

Arnav put on a confused face "Is that why you were about to kill yourself by jumping off that cliff"

The girl stopped and stared at him "I was not trying to kill myself..I was simply breathing in the air and looking at the beautiful world below the cliff" she declared "It wouldn't make a difference if I tried to kill myself anyways" she muttered.

"What did you say" Arnav asked.

"Nothing" The girl carried on walking.

Arnav held her cold hand "I'll drop you"

"I'll manage" she said firmly.

The girl widened her eyes and just stared at him as if he had grown 7 heads.Arnav just could not believe he had told her so much about him when he never even said a hi to a girl.Especially a girl who was trying to stay away from him "Um" was all she said.

Arnav knew he sounded desperate and he absolutely did not know why "I'll drop you" he said meekly.

The girl slowly nodded as if trying to confirm her decision.He guided her to his car and opened the door to her.The girl sat in and Arnav sat in too.He reversed the car out of the parking lot,oblivious to the strange looks he was receiving from the people in the park.

"Your name" Arnav repeated as the girl got out.

She gave a small sigh and turned around "If we meet again,I will tell you for sure"

Arnav couldn't help but nod.He was sure they would meet again.

Arnav was driving back to his office when he noticed something on the passenger's seat.It was keys 'Probably hers' Arnav realized.He gave a small smile and turned his car back around back to her house.He got out and took the keys with him.He rang the doorbell of her house 'Wait a second' thought Arnav 'She doesn't have her keys so how would she be inside her home'

Arnav was about to go and look around when the door opened.It was her.Her eyes reflected shock "Again" she said.

"Um..your keys" he said giving her the keys "How did you get inside without them"

She paled "Um...I had a spare key...under the mat"

Arnav slowly nodded "Now may I know your name"

She gave a small smile "Khushi.Khushi Kumari Gupta"

Arnav smiled.Khushi closed her door.Arnav turned away but stopped when he realized...there was no mat which meant no key which lead to the question:How did she get inside?

I hope that khushi is not a ghost or spirit over here
