Beautiful Lie

Part 1:
He was coming out of his cabin. He was so tired. For the last 18 hours, he had no sleep. He was feeling like he will fall asleep while he will be driving to his home. He just had his seat belts when his phone rang.
The caller: Hey, Raghu!!! Where are u man??
Raghu: I am in front of my office and gonna go home. I need sleep.
The caller: WHAT?? It's 5 pm. Why the hell will you sleep NOW??
Raghu: Man, I am working for the last God knows how many hours. Papa gave a huge project this time and tomorrow is the presentation. I am giving my best. By the way Avay, why did u call me??
Avay: Man you forgot. I invited you in a show. Remember?? Do you know how difficult it is to get a ticket?? I am holding this for you in front of the main hall and Look at you. You have no interest!!!!
Raghu: Avay, honestly speaking I really don't have any interest. Look man, I don't want to hurt you but I have no choice. Tomorrow is the big presentation and I am really tensed about it.
Avay: Arre, for that reason I want you here na?? You will feel fresh. Trust me. These people are too good. They are now doing shows in abroad too.
Raghu: But...
Avay: No buts. I want you here, If You think of me as a friend then definitely you will come. Otherwise, I will be angry with you. And I will not talk to you and I will not ...
Raghu:(Smiling) Now this is blackmailing. Ok. I am coming but I will not stay for the whole show.
Avay: YES!!!You just come man!!! I promise you will love it.
Raghu got in his car and started driving.
He stopped his car in a gas station for a while. He got out of the car while the serviceman was filling his car.He was standing near a tea stall and one girl was sharing her tea with a boy sitting beside her. It was an usual annoying lover scene as if sharing tea is the most important thing in the world!!! And what's wrong with the boy?? Didn't he feel strange that he was drinking another person's drink?? It's so unhygienic. Yuck!!! He wanted to leave the place as soon as possible because those lovers have started more intimate actions now.He was desperately waiting for his bill but suddenly he felt something that was quite strange. He felt a thrilling sensation. Wait!!! From where did it come?? And why? Is it for the show??Come on!!! It's only a play along with a dance show. Why am I so excited about it like a teenager. I have seen so many plays before. So, it's just fine, But his own heartbeat was making him astonished. He again looked at those lovers. They were leaving. He thought that he would feel better now but HE DIDN'T. His restlessness was increasing. Then he saw it.
He felt as if he blacked out for a moment and then he was in another place. He was standing in a street and some man was talking with him. He didn't see his face because it was blurred. Suddenly he saw a girl coming toward him. Her face was also blurred. But she was wearing a salwar suit and she was looking at him constantly. She passed him and he followed her and then...The scene was gone. He was HIM again.WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?? Was it a dream?? Am I sleeping in standing position?? Am I that tired?? Damn man!!! I should have gone home. Shit!!! I have to go to that damn show now.
Feeling very irritated, he got in his car and almost flied toward the town hall auditorium so that he can just show his face to please Avay, sit on his seat for 5 minutes and then leave the place as soon as possible.
He reached the place and...

Raghu suddenly felt that tear drops were falling from his eyes and he didn't know why??? He was shell shocked. Why was he watching himself on the stage??

Part 2. Raghu reached the town hall auditorium just 10 minutes before the show. Avay was waiting for him in the parking lot.
Avay: Thank God you are here. Just in time. Let's come inside.
Raghu: OMG, Let me park my car at first. Wait give me my ticket. You find our seat and I will be right behind you.
Avay:Ok. Bhagna mat!!
Raghu: OMG!! I am coming man!! You go.
Avay left. Raghu drived his car in the underground parking lot. He locked it and started walking to the Main hall. Suddenly he heard something. The sound was like breaking glass as if someone hit the glass window of his car with a hard thing i.e rod. He ran back to his car. But there was nothing there. It was absolutely an isolated place. AM I GOING MAD?? He took a look surrounding him and walked back to the opening of the parking lot.
He was feeling heavy headed and sensed that he had a headache. He ignored it and reached to the ticket checking counter. Suddenly it happened again.
Everything around him disappeared and there was an open place where again he saw himself standing with a girl. That girl was upset and was shouting something holding his collar and he was shocked like anything. The words were not clear but the blurred figure of that girl confirmed that it was the same girl from the previous hallucination, then the girl ran away.
Sir!!! Are u all right?? Sir, We need to check your ticket. Do u have any??
Raghu: What?? Mmm...ooo...Ya. I have.
He gave the man his ticket. He checked it and directed him toward the main auditorium.
What is happening to me?? Who was that girl?? And why was I dressed like this in my dream?? Is it even a dream or just my hallucination?? It's so wrong.
IT WAS NEVER THIS STRONG BEFORE TODAY!!!
Toward his walk to the hall, he remembered all of his previous encounters of such situation. Yes, he always gets this kind of dreams. But they were used to be in his sleep. They were very unclear. But today, what happened that he is continuously having these creepy visions?? That also when he is awake.And the visions are becoming clearer. That girl...
Avay: Hey, what are you doing man?? Why are walking like this as if you are in the competition of slow walking and the first prize is to escape this show??
Raghu: I was just...leave it. Let's have some fun.(he smiled)
Avay: ok, wait!! Is it a forced smile?? What happened dude?? Are you okay?? You are looking like a disaster. Sorry, man I didn't realize that you are genuinely this much tired. If you want to skip the show then just do it. I won't force you man!!
Raghu: I am here!!! Don't worry. Just some headache. It will go away.
Avay: ok. Let's go.
They entered in to that gigantic hall. It was beautifully decorated.
Raghu: Wow!!! They have invested a lot of money I guess.
Avay: Yup. And you know, people are saying that the dance team is too good. They have a girl who is sooo hot that...
Raghu: OMG!!! Kamse kam aj ke din to chor de!!! Why are u always so flirty??
Avay: Because you are always sooo serious. Iss liye tera hisse ka flirtiness came in to me too. Balancing!!!
Raghu: Man, just find our seats. Otherwise, you will start your usual chanting about girls again.
Avay: Hey, are you gay??
Raghu: WHAT?? Are you mad??
Avay: No, just asking. See, I know you from our childhood and I never ever have seen you interested in any girl. Not in high school, college,university and even not in work place. So many girls are mad for you but you are always like a sannyasi. After all you are Raghuveer Singhania. You have all the scopes to do limitless fun.
Raghu: (smiled) Just change the topic.
Avay: Wait, is it a forced smile again?? What are you up to man?? Ok, there must be two reasons,(they found their seats and sat there) One-You are gay and two-you are already in love with someone. So you are sort of saving yourself for that person. You already rejected option number one, so I guess it's number two.
Raghu: Avay, the show is gonna begin.
Avay: I won't stop. I want my answer. Tell me!!
Raghu just gave him a lame smile and that made Avay stop because he knew that this smile meant-I won't answer your question now.
Raghu pretended to sit straight and wait for the beginning of the show. But in side of his mind, there were do many things going on!!!

Raghu's self thought: Why does he always catch my discomfort?? How can I say you Avay that even I am also looking for these answers. Why do I always feel so lonely?? Why do I always feel like something is missing?? Why do I always feel dissatisfied even if I have every thing?? Why do I always wait for something and I don't even know what is it?? Why do the sound of gun shot scare me even if it is coming from TV?? Why do I see the same dreams again and again?? Now-a-days , I am even scared of sleeping. Unless I am tired like hell, I don't sleep because that images make me shattered. After waking up, I feel like lack of air but I can't share all these with you Avay and not with anyone else. I don't want anyone to worry about me. I am supposed to be fine and I will be. I have so many responsibilities as the elder son of Singhania family. But these creepy things is making me crazy. And I don't even know how to stop this. Why do I always feel so unhappy? Why do I never ever feel to look at any girl no matter how beautiful she is?? And today, I got hallucinations in the most frequent rate. Those images were so real that I thought I could touch that girl as she passed me. Is something coming??
Suddenly The light went off.
Avay: The show is gonna begin.
Precap:
The gateman-Hey, mister!! Where are you going??
Raghu: I want to talk to that lady. It's urgent. U understand??

Part 3:

The curtains were pulled aside and a beautifully decorated stage appeared in front of their eyes.Raghu was continuously changing his side in the chair. His heartbeat was increasing so strangely that he was wondering if he was really gonna stay there even for 5 minutes or not. He was sweating like hell.

Am I sick?? The air condition is going on and I am feeling like someone has put me in an oven??

Avay: Hey buddy!! Are you ok??

Raghu:Ya, I mean no!!! I am feeling...

Suddenly a man came on the stage and started to give a speech on the performers. Raghu was trying to feel better. Subconsciously he heard some of the words.

...this company finds out so many good dancers from schools,colleges and universities and let them show their talent. Within a few days this show have earned a lot of popularity and today Mumbai university is going to perform before you. The choreographers are...

Raghu lost his concentration. His headache increased. Everybody started clapping. May be the show was about to begin.

Raghu: Avay, I am not feeling well. I think I will prefer to go h...

Music started and many people were dancing here and there on the stage.

Avay: Hey man!! The choreography is so good. OMG!!! Look .

A young man appeared on the stage from the ceiling, hanging on a rope and he just passed over Raghu's head.

Avay: Woohooo!! Watch out!! This is good!!

Raghu: Yes, the acrobats are good.

He already realized that he could no way leave this show. Everyone was already emerged in the show and people were going crazy on the choreography.

Even Raghu was trying to enjoy it because the man was really dancing well. He made his mind to watch the show. May be it would remove his weird feeling!!!

A girl was coming down from the ceiling wrapped in to a black cloak.

Some girls came and removed that cloak from her. She was just like the girl from dream.

Raghu: Avay, I know her. Avay, Avay...

Everyone was screaming and clapping so Avay could not listen to him.

Raghu's self thought: She is a student of Mumbai University whom I never met. Then why do I think that I know her?? I never saw that girl's face in my dream. It was blurred. But her feature and her face structure mimics this girl's. How do I think that I have been watching THIS girl only in my dream since I was 18?? Why am I feeling so restless since morning?? Why am I having hallucinations every 2 minutes and why could not I leave this show when I was feeling so sick?? Am I connected to her?? Haan??

The male lead came again on the stage and started dancing with her. Raghu felt a sudden sadness to see a man with her, that was also so close!!! What Rubbish!! Why am I bothered??? He felt like laughing at himself.

Then...He saw that ...Man!!! IT WAS HIM!!!!

Raghu saw that HE picked up the girl and they were hanging on a single ring together. They were twirling on air. And he saw himself soo happy with her.

That girl hold HIS face and Raghu felt it!!! He could not take it any more. He stood up.

Raghu: I need some fresh air!!

He was leaving his seat. Avay got confused. He followed him. Raghu could still feel that touch. He listened to the last part of the song while he had the last glimpse on the stage. HE was still there holding that girl and smiling.

Raghu: I have to talk to someone!!

Avay: Whom??

Raghu(feeling determined): Just find it out!!!
