PART 2

The next day , everyone were waiting in the rehearsal hall as Taani had messaged 'em .
What was so important ? Everyone thought.
Suddenly Taani entered .
Taani - Hey Guys .
Vicky , Simmi , Rinni , Amar , Nil , Aashi in unison - Heyyy !
Simmi - you're looking so pretty today. If you weren't with Rey then someone must've proposed you.
Rey looked at her with anger and Taani chuckled seeing Rey's response .
Taani's POV :
God ! I am in love with him. In love with whatever he does and whatever he says. In love with how he talks , how he walks , how he glares , how he sees me with his passionate eyes. I wish I could just forget the world and drown into 'em. And his smile - I can trade anything in this world to see him smile. I just love it whenever he gets jealous . It makes me feel so secure , makes me feel loved. I can't imagine my life without you. I don't know why I denied I wasn't in love with him , infact I loved him the whole time. I loved :
HIS SMILE.
HIS EYES.
HIS BEHAVIOUR.
Just HIM.

Her thoughts were interrupted when Vicky gave her a shook .
Vicky - Are you okay , sweetie ?
Taani - Oh yes. So I called you here because St. Mary college has a dance competition coming up . And VP sir wants us to prepare for that.
Rey - Dance competition ! Woow . I'm looking forward to that. And this will be your first competition with us. I am excited.
Nil - Ya dude . I'm sure we're gonna win . After all we have Taani , THE Taani .
Neha - you're saying right. I also excited. Will be fun.
Simmi - Yes . And Taani , St Mary college has some realllyyy Hot boys , if you know what I mean.
Rey interrupted not being comfortable with the mention of another hot guy in front of his Taani - I exactly know what you mean but you're late. She's already taken.
Simmi - Bad for you , Taani .
Taani - Hey wait ! When did I say I am taken ? Rey wouldn't mind me drooling over Hot guys , right ?
Taani said this on purpose . She wanted to see Rey jealous and his cute expression . She felt extremely secure when he did that. And she went on finding some emotion on his face. But his face reflected Anger , Hurt , Surprise , Rejection - all at the same time. As soon as Taani saw his face , she understood she did something wrong. As she went forward to apologize , Rey stepped back with the noticeable hurt expression and left the room leaving Taani guilty.
Taani - Shittt.
Simmi - I am sorry Taani. I didn't mean that. Its all because of me.
Taani - Simmi , relax its all because of me , not you. I shouldn't have said that.
Vicky - yes , you should Apologize.
Taani - yes , I will.
Sharon - you better do. I don't want my Best friend to be sad .
Her mocking voice was noticed by everyone and they all looked at her.
Sharon - I mean , you should apologize fast. Anyway when are we gonna start our rehearsals ?
Taani - yes , I will . And I guess we'll start our rehearsals from tomorrow . I have a lot of work to do.
Sharon - So ? Because of you , we won't wait.
Nil - Dude , Taani is right . Plus we all are really tired . We'll start from tomorrow . What's say , Swayam ?
Swayam- Yes , sure.
Sharon ( thinking ) - She has been here since months and I since years. Still she convinced everyone with just one damn sentence.

The whole day , Rey ignored Taani. And why wouldn't he ? Though he knew she was kidding , but he was extremely sensitive to these matters. He loved her , she loved him. For him , that's all it matters. Even though , he tried to be normal and ignore what happened , he couldn't forget what she said . " When did I say I am taken " were her words. For a fraction of seconds , he doubted her seriousness towards their relationship.
And the whole day , Taani was finding the opportune time to apologize. The whole gang entered the class . But Taani wasn't there , Rey noticed. They settled down and waited for her to come.
Suddenly the teacher entered.
The class - Good morning ma'am.
Avp - Morning.
And that's when Taani came running into the class .
Taani - Sorryy ma'am. Woh .. I was ..
She was panting due to the high speed she was running at. And Rey found that somewhat cute.
Avp - Is this the way to enter my class?
Taani - sorry , ma'am.
Avp - what sorry ?!? You. In . My . Cabin. Right . Now .
And she walked off. Wondering why she called her in her cabin , she again bumped into Rey. Seeing Rey, she remember today's event and him being angry. She had to apologize now , she couldn't take it anymore.
Taani - Reyy -
She was cut short by AVP.
Avp screamed - do you need a special invitation ??
Taani - No , Ma'am. I was about to come -
Before she could complete her sentence Avp walked towards her cabin.
The gang gave her a sympathetic look. And Rey's face showed concern. He knew Avp didn't like Taani for many reasons. Mainly because she was Rey's Girlfriend. He thought of all the possible ways he could help her , but failed. He was helpless .
Taani - I'll just be back , Guys .
And then she saw Rey's concerned face .
She said "Don't worry guys." And smiled at Rey which calmed him a bit and then she left.
After half an hour , she came out of the room with a weird expression. Suddenly her lips formed into a pout and then she smiled.
" This girl will make me go insane . Everytime I see her , I fall for her all over again. Her Pout , wish I could kiss 'em all day long . Her Eyes , they brighten my day up. Her dazzling smile , I have to accept it that it does evoke some lusty desires. HEY WAIT , Rey you're drooling over her. You aren't supposed to. Remember what she said today ? Come on Rey , have some self control. " Rey thought fully knowing his self control automatically vanished as she appeared in front of her.
Swayam - What's up , Taani ? Is she angry ? Did she suspend you ! Oh my god , she can't do that ! She just can't .
Everybody looked at Swayam. Has he lost it , or its a technical problem he has by birth ?
Swayam - why are you guys looking at me ?
Gang - because you're babbling nonsense. Let her talk !
Swayam - she's my sister.
The gang - And our best friend. Wait ! She's our sister as well. Right , Rey ?
Rey - What ?
The gang teasingly - yesss , Rey . She's your sister , right ?
Rey - what the f ? Stop talking nonsense. She is not my sister .
And the whole gang laughed at his reply. Even Taani couldn't control her smile. Damn , she was blushing again. And Rey was drooling over her again.
Rey - That doesn't mean I am not angry.
Taani made the cutest baby expression one could ever make. And Rey melted as if a chocolate is kept at a high temperature. But then he thought " two can play this game " and he faked anger.
Sharon - can you love birds stop and Taani , temme what happened ?
Taani - Oh yes .. Well , she gave me some info on the dance competition and there's going to be a new student in this college . He'll be here in 10 days. And of course , she reprimanded me .
Vickyy - don't woryy Taani , she's half crack , full mad.
Everyone laughed at his silly joke.
Taani - Haahaha , yes Vicky .
Swayam - who is this new student ?
Taani - no idea , Bhai. And yes , she told us to start the rehearsals by tomorrow .
The gang - Will be there on time , Ma'am.

Everyone moved towards the canteen. Taani pulled Rey on the other side . Holding his hand , she made her way towards the fire exit . As they reached there , she closed the door.
