An interesting chapter... especially loved Gautam being the voice of reason and giving Arnav an insight into what makes Khushi click... despite Payal's bratty behavior, his assurance that she is incapable of such a low blow is the first inkling we have that, like Arnav, we have also jumped to conclusions... Gautam not admonishing Arnav for his treatment of Khushi but coming to clear up a few things and to help them reconcile is a heart-warmin moment... it also highlights his protective nature... sensible of him to decide to go speak to Payal... maybe, that will tone down the bitterness she feels toward Khushi.

Am not even going to hazard a guess as to who those two characters were whose plan, to bring Arnav and Khushi closer by spreading this rumour, backfired! The name has connections to Akash and Lavanya, though. However can't recall if either is a character in this story or not! Tthe two lovebirds setting aside their hurt and apologising to each other for letting their anger overrule them is a touching moment, especially Arnav admitting that he grossly misjudged Payal and bringing that heart-shaped locket-necklace gift. Both Arnav and Khushi put themselves in each other's shoes and their empathy is what has helped them overcome this bump in their relationship. Can't wait to read Arnav's reaction to that confession of love by Khushi.

But i am glad that arnav and khushi decided to ponder over what they said to each other and came to a self realisation that what they both did was incorrect to a certain extent though off course this would not have been possible with out Gautam's help.
