The story's setting is different and hence the quite interesting.

Khusi's dreams will now have a face 😊 even though she equates him to Satan.

The superstitious believes prevalent in that that era is so correctly described but I like how you immediately counterbalanced those belief by showing the mature and pragmatic understanding of her parents... Love the practical nature of her mother and that she has been slowly preparing Khusi for the harsh realities of life... Lavanya and her family has a definite role in Khusi's future

Lovely update. Don't know why lavanya is being spiteful beacause theyre not that well off. She was lucky her father was the first born otherwise she would have been in the same place as khushi!

Not surprising that khushi is being complimented. Her father is acting like a typical man. Any father would say the same.

That's how it was in the past. Any mental issues must be because that person is a witch or are possessed. Its sad but it's still happening in different part of the world now. Ignorance.
Those vitims have to go through so much. Sometimes they are locked by their parents or are beaten or tortured in the name of curing them or to ward of the devil.

Anyway do continue soon
