Young minds, young age makes us do things which can have deep effects.
She did it all thinking about him, his dreams ignoring that his dreams did have a family and children but it was always only with her and nobody else.
Arnav refuses to understand her point of view as he doesn't care if she can't give him a heir or family. His family is her and they both have wasted eleven years due to her one decision of not sharing truth with him.
Khushi became bad, invited his hatred just for his sake but he still couldn't hate her. Their love is still there even after living apart for eleven years.

So that was the reason she left him

He wanted a future with her, khushi as his wife and few kids he wanted a perfect family and she knew about his love for kids his dream to have a family with her and she can't conceive that's why she choose the easiest way……..his background, his financial status played perfect role and she left him thinking he will move on in his life, marry someone and have a perfect family and will live happily ever after

Arnav's anger is justified……….khushi left him thinking he will forgot her but he never forgot her love, care, touch and he always cared for her not for his kids that were about to born

but maybe arnav had then reacted like this now they are much mature and khushi was 17 than and arnav who was just 21 wanted perfect future and the truth hurted so much khushi that she thought if arnav said he can't marry her bcoz she can't bear a child she would have broken...arnav had none but khushi had her younger brother who saw her as his mother figure so she choose the simple option
