'Phir bhi Riddhima beti, mujhe lagta hai ki tumhe kuch din aur yaha rukhna chahiyeh... Armaan...' Padma stop and look at Riddhima whose face color changed when she heard her husband name...
For sometimes silent took in the atmosphere... Arima was making cute lovely sound with her voice... She was hitting the table with her two little hands...
'Ma... Armaan koh gaye huve pure 3months hogaya... Main aap dono ki paas kab tak rahu... Mujhe akele bhi rehne ki aadat daalni chahiyeh ab... 5days ki baad Arima 10months ki hojaengi... Toh next saturday main waapas meri ghar chali jaungi...'
'Lekin Riddhima...' Padma was cut by Shashank...
'Rehne do Padma... Riddhima koh rokhna nehi chahiyeh ab... Aur woh bhi sahi keh rahi hai... Use khud ki life apni marzi se jeene dena chahiyeh humhe...' Turning to Riddhima, 'Beti, Aapki kabhi humhare jarurat huvi toh bata dena... Aur jaane se pehle ghar ki safai bhi karna chahiyeh na...'
'Papa... Maine pehle se hi ghar ki safai kardi... Sab kuch ready hai, next saturday koh main waapas jaa rahi hoon Arima ki saat... Aur Di ne kaha woh aur Nikki aur Muskaan Sunday koh humhare saat spend karenge...
Ma... Aap bilkul chinta mat karna... Hum dono waha tik se rahengi... kyu Angel...' Riddhima said while caring Arima hair... Arima flash her dimple smile which makes every smile to see the little Angel...
Rest of the day spend like that... As it was Sunday, in evening Riddhima took Arima to the beach... They spend more then an hr there...
By 6pm, they came back and Riddhima gave Arima hot bath as she put sand all over her... Making her ready to sleep, she make her had her dinner and by 8pm Riddhima make Arima sleep...
Riddhima was sitting near the study table checking some files... She got a important surgery next day and she did all the re-search she needs... She was going through the patient file for the last time before the surgery...
After she finished, she closed the file, switch off the light and came to see Arima was sleeping with her thumb on her mouth...
Smiling Riddhima lay down next to her holding her free hand... Riddhima put her finger in her small palm... She closed her palm holding her finger tightly...
'Mamma loves u a lot Angel...' Riddhima said and place a soft kiss on her chubby cheek...
Riddhima took her mobile which was kept in the side table next to the bed... She press to look at the time... She saw her little family in the DP... It was when Arima was three months... Armaan was holding Arima in his arms while Riddhima was stand behind him with her hands around Armaan neck from behind...
Riddhima care Armaan face and kiss the display... 'Kaha ho aap Armaan... Kab Waapas aayenge... Mujhe aapki bohot yaad aati hai... Hum dono ne Arima ke liye kitni sapna dekha... Arima badi ho rahi hai Armaan... Main use akele kaise sambhalungi...
Armaan... Aapne kaha aap har din, har pal humhare saat rahengi... Aise bina kuch kahe, kaha chala gaya aap...
Main dua karti hoon Aap jaha bhi ho, sahi salaamat rahe... Aur jaldi aapki Basket aur Angel ki paas waapas aaye...
Armaan... Kal phirse meri ek surgery hai... Pehle jab aap meri saat hoti toh jab bhi meri surgery hoti hai, aap mujhe wish karte hai... Lekin 3mahine se jab bhi mein surgery karti hoon, aap mujhe wish nehi kiya...
Armaan... Please waapas aajao... Apna Basket ki paas... Apna Angel kii paas... Hum dono koh Aapki bohot yaad aati hai...'
Tears started to roll down from her eyes... She closed her eyes to remember...
*** Flash Back***
Riddhima was standing near the OT before she goes to do one surgery... It was a complicated one and before she goes inside for 5hrs she wants to see Armaan...
Armaan should be there by now but no sight of him she could see from 10minutes...
Anjali, Nikki and Muskaan came along with Rahul, Abhi and Atul to wish her... Boys left saying they got work and Nikki had to leave as she got an emergency...
Riddhima keep looking at the time and she only got 10minutes now... She need to go inside with in 10minutes...
'Yeh Armaan kaha reh gaya...' Riddhima said while walking infront of OT...
'Relax Ridzy... Aajaenge...' Anjali said...
'Lekin Hero koh itni der nehi karna chahiyeh...' Muskaan Said...
'Tum dono bhi na... Hum hospital mein hai... Woh aa raha hoga... Wht if he got an emergency...' Anjali said...
'Well said Anjy... Sorry Basket... Main aa raha ta toh Dr.Kreeti ne mujhe rokh diya...' Armaan said while coming from the corner...
Anjali and Muskaan hugs Riddhima wishing her good luck and leave to give some privacy to the love birds...
Riddhima look Armaan who was standing with his hand on his pocket... When Anjali and Muskaan leave from the eye sight, Armaan open his arm welcoming to Riddhima...
Without wasting a single minute, Riddhima hugs him tight... Armaan kiss her hair and came out from the hug look at Riddhima face...
Cupping her face in his both palm, he drop a quick kiss on her forehead... 'All the best basket... Im sure u will ur best... After all u r my Basket na...'
Smile came to Riddhima face when she heard him saying so...
'Thank you Armaan... Mujhe laga tumse mil nehi paenge aaj surgery se jaane se pehle... Aur mujhe 5hrs tak andar rehna hoga...'
'Ab toh mili na mujhe... Chalo go and do ur best Basket...' Saying Armaan hugs Riddhima...
*** Flashback Ends ***
Next Day...
Like always Riddhima wake up at 6am... Went for her regular jogging... She came back before Arima wakes up and got freshen up... She was getting ready when she heard Arima cute voice making some sounds...
Riddhima look at her Angel who was sitting on the bed looking at her mamma... Riddhima make her take her bath and make her ready...
After that she feed her breakfast and without having her own as she was getting late for hospital she leaves leaving Arima with Padma...
In Hospital...
Riddhima enter and make her way to the nurse station... She sign in and went to her cabin before she goes to check on her patient...
Leaving her belonging in her cabin and checking the last reports of the patient, Riddhima make her way to go general ward...
Before the surgery she talk with her patient and his family... Then she turn to leave when she saw her di Anjali and jeeju Atul waiting for her outside the general ward with her friend Muskaan...
'Kaise ho Ridzy...' Anjali asked when she came out from the general ward hugging her... She look at her pale face which the glow had disappear from the day Armaan went from her life...
'Tik hoon di.. Aap log kaise ho... Aur yaha kya kar rahi ho... Duty nehi karni...' Riddhima try to behave normal letting them believe she is moving in her life...
'Hum tujhe wish karne aayi ti Ridzy... Good luck for ur surgery...' Muskaan said while hugging her...
'Haan Ridzy... All the best... We know u will do ur best...' Atul said while giving her a side hug...
'Thank you everyone...
Muskaan, Rahul kaha hai... Aur Abhi aur Nikki...' Riddhima ask as she moves to go to OT...
'Rahul kal raat night duty pe di toh woh late aayengi...' Muskaan said...
'Aur Nikki aur Abhi ek emergency main busy hai... Sabne tujhe All the best kehne koh kaha Ridzy...' Atul said...
'Ridzy... Arima kaisi hai...???' Anjali asked...
'Tik hai... Ma ki paas hai...' Riddhima said...
'Hum aaj duty ki baad use milne jaungi...' Anjali said...
'Tik hai di... Abhi mujhe jaana hai... Bye guys...' Saying this Riddhima went inside the OT...
After duty everyone was in the locker room...
Rahul was busy in a call while girls were talking... Everyone decide to visit Gupta house to meet Arima...
'Guys... U all go without me... Mujhe kuch bohot jaruri kaam aagaya... Mujhe abhi nikalna hai...' Rahul said after cutting the call... He look tense about something...
'Kya huva Rahul.. U look worried... Sab tik haina...' Muskaan ask looking at his fiance...
'Yeah Everything fine... Bas mujhe abhi ki abhi nikalna hai...' Saying this he left before anyone could ask anything more...
Everyone was about to leave when Atul received a call and he answer it... He also left saying he need to go with Rahul...
Girls didn't get a chance to ask both of them wht happen, Abhi was handling an complicated case so he was still in duty...
Not knowing wht emergency came to Rahul and Atul all of a sudden, girls leave to go to Gupta house...
Rahul make his way to his car and dial Atul number...
'Buddy.. Meet me outside in parking area... I need to tell u something... Please don't tell anyone, just tell u need to go with me...'
'Lekin Rahul, wht about Dr.Kreeti...' Atul ask from the other end...
'Don't worry about it.. Maine Dr.Kreeti se baat karli... She gave permission to us... We need to leave tonight... Jaldi kar...' Rahul said...
In 10minutes time Atul came running and Rahul asked him to sit on the car... They zoom on Rahul's car...
In a Small Village...
It was a small house... Seems the people live there r poor... Dim light was on the room... In a corner there was a bed where a guy was laying down...
His body was cover with white sheet... Seems medicine was applying everywhere on his body...
His black hair was a mess... He didn't move any part of his body and just keep laying on that bed...
Lady in her 50's came inside with a glass of water... She gave it to the man in his 60's who was sitting next to the guy looking at his pale face... Something was on his hand... He was looking at the picture which was on it...
'Shyam... Aapne iski ghar mein se kissi koh inform kya...' Lady ask from the man...
'Haan Smita... Mujhe iski is wallet mein ek number mila... Ek ladka phone utaya... Main use bata diya kaha milna hai... Usne kaha woh subah tak yaha pochjaenge...'
'Accha kya aapne... Pata nehi iski ghar wale kitni pareshan hongi iske liye... Aur woh yeh khaalat mein... Shyam... Abhi tak use hosh nehi aaya...'
'nehi Smita... Nehi aaya... Aur woh toh 2months tak aise hi behosh hai... Kabhi kabhi kuch kehne ki koshish karte hai... Tik se samajh mein nehi aata...'
They keep talking about the unknown guy like this... They stop talking when they heard he saying something... They keep quite and give their ears to hear with he was trying to say...
Atlast, he they heard his calling someone...
'Ba.. Bas...
Basket...!!!'
