Kushi is absolutely justified in his behavior toward him. Much as he is suffering, it is nothing to the pain that she is going through. She is the one that has the cancer. She is the one the that the excruciating physical pain to live with. She is the one that he abused. Physically, emotionally, mentally. Why the hell does he expect everything to be hunky dory just because she is dying??
Can totally see Kushi's justification for her behavior. Having said that, these could also be the reasons that she could let him help her. But who can blame her if she doesn't. He has been telling her one way or another, ever since they met, that she's not worth the dust on the road. How can she suddenly be expected to believe that he has changed. And has he really. If she were not dying, he would still be abusing her!
Kushi, however, may be dying. Does she want to be burdened with all this. It might just be easier to let go. Does she even have any energy left? She should use all her energy and keep her mind positive, free of negative energy, and concentrate on getting better. She could call a truce and they can get on with the business of making her well. Arnav does not deserve to be forgiven for the way he has treated her. At least, not right now. But Kushi really needs to use all her energy on herself now.
I feel for both of them. I just cannot help but wonder, if Kushi were not sick, how would Arnav have been? But perhaps that's precisely the point. Because she is sick, and because she may be dying, he is feeling guilty. Is it enough, though?

I do hope that she will get better. Ah! if only Arnav had confessed his feelings before they found out... instead he abused her physically and emotionally and mentally one more time, banging her head on the wall...
