Part 1 :-) the father to be mode of arnav!!


the entire raizada mansion was filled with curiosity and delight mixed with a different feel of anxiety... it

had been 10 months but the last night seemed as if to last forever... even the clock had been checked

twice every hour to ensure it was working



nani and anjali were busy packing the things they need to take to the hospital .. akash sat sipping his

coffee watching his entire family jump in glee... payal was off to be by khushi's side at the hospital..

mamiji sat wondering how she had become so old to become a nani already and smiled when she

discovered that wrinkles were still absent on her face

mamiji: hello hi by bye!!! manorama will be most young nani!!!!




khushi lay on the hospital bed smiling as she rested her hands on her tummy... she suddenly felt a

kick



khushi looked down to her tummy and placed her hand on the place she felt the kick and ouch!!! she

felt it again



khushi: my little baby!!! you have become too big to stay inside na... don worry!! just one more night

and tomo morning after the surgery we shall play together ... ... you have so many people

waiting to meet you... nani dadi payal and anjali bua nk chachu akash chachu..you know tomo will be

your birthday.and then every year we can celebrate it together with balloons cakes whistles etc etc..

everybody are so excited to meet you my angel... but of all of them your DAD...


the baby kicked again



kushi smiled: hmm.. your angry with your papa!! even me!! since evening he didn come to meet us

na!!! laad governor.. we will not talk to him when he comes okay... we wil make him say sorry and we

will talk to him only after he gives us 100 jelebis... okay

the baby kicked as if replying to her and khushi chuckled: done!!

and suddenly

anjali: khushiji 100 jelebis will be enough is it??

and nani and anjali entered the room to see a smiling khushi

nani ran her hands on khushi's head: how are you bitiya??

khushi: perfect nani

anjali: where is payal khushi??

khushi: di, she has gone to sign some register for the operation tomo morning...

nani: what time is it bitiya??

khushi: nani its at 9 am in the morning!!!!

anjali: btw khushi.. everybody is nervous worried anzious etc during their first delivery but i can harldy see any trace of it in your face!!!

khushi: how can i with such ppl around me di... i am so lucky to get a family like ours... when you are by my side what can happen to me...

anjali: khushiji you can tell directly! with chotey by your side even GOD cant do anything to you

khushi puted her face: don talk about him di... we both are angry

nani: but why bitiya???

khushi: nani.. its night 8 pm now and after being with me all these days see today till now he din talk to us and never came to meet us

akash eneterd with payal: oh khushi ji.. plz don expect him anytime nearby

khushi: hi jijaji.. why do you say that??

akash: coz he's been thinking of nothing but his princess

khushi: you are also sure that its a girl jijaji

akash: well bhai has made me strongly believe him in this as well i guess and yeah see you soon!! take care!!! byeee

arnav meanwhile at the raizada mansion

arnav: you people finish the decorations here... and you can place the new cot ther... btw the paint you used does not give out any strong smell right.. i don want them to find it weird when they walk in...

he walked to his room after giving the instructions to the boys for the decorations

it looked as though arnav was not giving only tender loving care to his khushi but to his mansion now as well... afterall he wanted it to be perfect when his angel sees it the first time tomorrow



he had extended his room and made in larger!!! one side of the room was painted in a baby pink and white theme ...

he walked back and it looked perfect like a part of a princess castle!!!! and smiled at himself!!

workers brought in huge boxes and placed it on the room and just as they were to open it

arnav: no no.. i will handle it.. you ppl can leave

worker: but sir... will you do all this alone??

arnav: yeah... you think i cant???


worker: no no sir.. of course you can.. may be we could help

arnav: no thanks i will mange!!!

the worker smiled and left telling his colleague: however great a man you may be its true you bend down for your children...

akash smiled hearing their comment and walked up to arnav's room wondering what could have been that great to comment so

akash stood shocked watching his brother in that shape

arnav was sitting on the floor on the carpet with plastic stuffs lying all around him and he was keenly searching for something in the bowl

akash walked slowly near him and placed his hand on arnav's shoulder...

akash: bhai...

arnav looked up with sweat all over his face and tiredness taking a toll in him but his replies were with full energy

arnav: hey akash! how is khushi.. everything fine na

akash sat beside arnav on the floor: she's perfect

arnav finally let out a sigh: here it is... got it

akash: but bhai what are you doind??

arnav: oh i am fixing the cradle akash.. see... nice na... this pink and white one.. girls like pink .. khushi told me

arnav was serious in his reply and went back working on the cradle

akash imagined the past when arnav stood at the tip of his cabin with his ASR stare and they way he threw ppl off work coz they din get the car repaired on time

here lay the mighty ASR on the floor fitting a cradle for his yet to be born angel

akash went to put on the ac when

arnav: don akash.. they just painted it and i don want the smell spread all over the room

akash: ok bhai.. but bhai you could have asked the workers to do it

arnav: i wanted to ensure the nuts are fir perfect and there is nothing wrong... and the best way to check that is do it myself

akash smiled proud of his brother and took the other nut fitting the other side of the cradle

arnav: its okay akash i can manage

akash: she's my angel to bhai!!! my rights you see

arnav smiled and the brothers fit the cradle together and finally smiled at themselves for the work they had accomplished

arnav : akash its the first time we created something together

akash looked at his brother who winked at him

arnav: don you remember how we always destroyed stuff!!1 the million times we dismantled di's sidewheels of her cyle...

akash: and never knowing how to fix them back

and the brothers smiled!!!

arnav opened another huge box!!! it had many cute cute baby things

akash: bhai what more in store?

arnav: i wil show you akash!! akash sat there watching his bro decorate the cradle and the baby corner in his room

arnav had got a baby cupboard in white exclusively and had filled it with babies clothes diapers tissues and napkins and everything needed for the kid

he moved the cupboard carefully against the wall..

he then took out a beautiful mosquito net in white and covered the cradle with it...he pushed the cradle near his bed so that khushi does not find it tough to walk up to the kid in the night

he got many cute teddies and placed them around the cradle...

everytime he looked at akash for an approval and he smiled getting back to work

finally it was done and arnav walked a few steps back to check his work



arnav sat wondering if he missed something when akash put his hands on his shoulder: bhai it cant get any more perfect!!! princess would love it

arnav: i hope so aksh but shes gonna be like khushi!!! and they can do anything crazy

akash chuckled: bhai!! how are you sure thats it a girl and even sure its gonna be khushi

arnav smiled at akash with a smirk: do you think another ASR is possible

akash smiled and hugged arnav

arnav: okay akash i will fresh up and go the hospital!! otherwise i wonder what will happen

akash: bhai!! good luck about that!! khushiji is already in angry bird mode

arnav: oh god and walked into the shower!!!!

arnav walked in to the room to find khushi turning her face away!! anjali and nani chuckled and left the room knowing the lovebirds will want some space!!!


arnav walked closer and sat beside her in the bed: khushiii

khushi still din respond

arnav: so you wont talk to me!!!

khsuhi: nooo

arnav: okay and bent down and kissed her tummyyy

khushi felt a wave of pleasure down her spine but still kept firm not wanting to loose

khushi: baby is also angry with papa!!! so don try

arnav bent down to khushi's tummy: angel papa is sorry!! you wont be angry with your dad na???

the baby kicked arnav immediately where his hand was and arnav smiled and khushi went O

khushi: baby.. dont you dare support papa???

the baby din respond and arnav smirked at his wife in victory

arnav bent down: princess your not angry with your papa na??

the baby kicked again shocking khushi

khushi: this is cheating!! your baby always supports you only...

she looked down at her tummy

khushi: baby!! see even you support only your father!! you ppl already left mamma alone!!!

arnav: may be princess wats you to take my side

khushi: huh never

arnav moved closer to khushi: but i shall always!!! coz we are nothing with you by our side khushi ...

the baby kicked twice this time as khushi's eyes were filled with tearsss

arnav leaned on and sealed his lips with hers...

he din let it last long as it should not tire khushi


arnav: i cant wait anymore to see her khushi

khushi: are you still sure its a princess??? may be a prince too

arnav: i am sure!!! its gonna be my princess ... better luck to you next time

khushi smiled as she fell asleep holding arnav's hand!! it was indeed going to be a big day for them tomo!!!
