His white SUV halted in front of Raizada Mansion with a screeching noise. The whole way, Khushi looked throughout the window not sparing a single glance towards Arnav and right now she just ignored him as he uttered..
ASR: Khushi we reached!
As she kept mum, it pushed his anger way too far and he stepped out of the car angrily. In large strides, he reached her door, and dragged her out of the car forcefully while she yelled at him...
Khushi: Leave me! Leave me.. have you lost it Arnav.. just leave me Arnav..
Her cries stopped when she realized they were already in his living room facing his family.. Naniji, Anjali Di who were chatting happily on the sofa were now dumbstruck at the scene... Khushi hid behind Arnav in fear of the confused eyes on her while Naniji asked for an explanation..
Naniji: What is all this Chote? Is this a way to behave with a girl?
Anjali looked up at Arnav angrily and walked to him.
Anjali: Yes Chote.. What is wrong with you? Leave Miss Gupta right now!
Instantly he left her hand and Anjali looked towards Khushi who was trying to hide herself but in vain. Anjali gave her a comforting smile and said..
Anjali: Are you ok Khushi?
Khushi nodded hesitantly.
Khushi: Yes Di..
She looked back towards her brother and raised her eyelids questioningly.
Anjali: So! Will someone tell me what's going on here?
Without wasting time, he replied in no hesitation..
ASR: Nothing much Di... As from now Khushi is staying with us..
Both Nani and Anjali looked at them confused while Khushi dared not to lift her eyes from the ground. Arnav turned towards HP, the house caretaker and ordered...
ASR: HP, get the luggage of Khushi from the car and bring it to my room..
As he utters his words, he got startled when the two ladies yelled in unison..
Nani & Anjali: What???
Nanaji: Are you out of your mind Chote?
Anjali laid a hand on Nani's shoulders calming her down and with a low voice...
Anjali: Chote it's ok if you are in love, you can get married and...
But she was interrupted as he barked..
ASR: Nooo!
Both Nani and Anjali were rooted to the spot shockingly while Khushi stayed silent preparing herself to the next storm..
Nani: You are not in love, or you don't want to get married??
ASR: Both...I'm just going to be a father, that's all..
If they were shocked before, now it was beyond shock.. at a point, they thought he was joking.. or let's say hoping that it was just a joke.. but what the hell, Arnav Singh Raizada barely joke. He dragged Khushi into his arms, and she got startled as he passed an arm into her waist. She looked towards him and their eyes met.. Without breaking the eye lock, he confessed..
ASR: Khushi is pregnant with my child and I'm going to be a father...
Nani felt like fainting, Anjali handled her hoping that she herself won't faint while the younger sister Lavanya rushed down the stairs and smiled brightly exclaiming..
