But a girlfriend or fianc who for some reasons he feels responsible for maybe an accident that has led to something like her in a coma or something ?

we really cant judge arnav's reluctance..! May be sumthing had happened in his past..as he said when he is drooling over khushi that he had already had got so much..i cant remember exact line..! Kuch aisa hi.!
