CHAPTER 9C
SHYAM MEETS KHUSHI
Samar came to khushi with a coffee on his hand.he handed khushi the coffee but she looked at him.he understood that she can never have food until arnav gains consciousness.he took arsh in his hands and said "we are going out."khushi looked at him and said "I can't stay away from arsh pls be at the corridor itself".arsh said interrupting their talk "samy we can go out after my hero uncle gets ok.now I want to be with mamma"saying that he came out of samar's arms and went to his mother's lap.samar felt so lonely.he went to chair which is so away from them.he sat there and looked at khushi.she was helpless and hopeless before but now her eyes had a hope.
The hospital atmosphere was so silent but the silent sobs of hearts are remaining unheard.This silence was broken by a lady.The lady came to samar and asked "where is the observation room?and do you know where is arnav singh raizada.sorry I was just worried a little so I just asked.how can you just know ASR.right?can you just tell me where is observation room?"she said in one breath.Samar stood up from his seat and said "so you are arnav's secretary?"she smiled and said "yeah professionally I'm his secretary lavanya but personally he is my fiance.so you are the one who called me?can you tell me what exactly happened?"samar replied "so you are arnav's fiance nice to meet you"he looked at khushi.her eyes told him that she can't stay here more.she again hugged arsh tightly.samar continued "actually I was in the church I found him unconscious in the church and "pointing khushi "she was the one saw him first and we both took him to the hospital"lavanya became confused and moved to khushi. asked "are you sure you found him inside the church?"turning to khushi.Khushi replied "yeah I know he doesn't believe in God but he became unconscious inside the church itself".but lavanya didn't noticed the words said by khushi keenly.She moved to Samar and asked "how is he now?"Samar said "doctor's are helping him but he still didn't gain consciousness."lavanya became so worried she came to khushi and said "I'm waiting here .you can leave now.and thnx for the help"khushi became helpless and looked at Samar hopefully.Samar came to them and said "we will wait till arnav gain conciousness"lavanya turned to khushi and asked "whats your name?and is he your husband?"pointing Samar.Khushi was already weak by lavanya's entry and her question made her feel that she lost everything.she gathered all the courage inside her and said "I'm khushi.he is Samar and he is not my husband.he is my friend.me and my husband are not together."khushi spit it out a little harshly.no she was wrong they are always bound together by heart.but lavanya's attention went to arsh. "u have got a cute son.but his eyes reminds me of ASR.He was also such a cute one when he was a child"khushi became stunned because of her comment "lavanya,may be you are his fiance that's why you see him in everything.usually Samar say arsh has got his father's eyes".lavanya became hesitant to ask further more about her and arsh.In the process of changing the subject,lavanya said to arsh "arsh baby I'm lavanya.friends?"Arsh looked at his mamma and when his mamma gave him a weak smile he said "yes lav."but khushi picked his ears and said "don't call elders by name arsh.told you several times".but arsh said "ouch mamma it hurts"and turning to lavanya he asked with a puppy face "can I call you lav?"lavanya smiled at him and said "we are friends you can call me anything you like"turning to khushi "and khushi you are the one who helped my ASR so you and arsh are my friends.so pls let him call whatever he like."arsh got happier and said to khushi "see mamma she do likes the name."but khushi was totally thinking of the words said by lavanya.it pricked her heart when she called her arnav as her ASR.but she felt so relived by the behavior of lavanya.she was sure that her arnav will be safe with lavanya.She became jealous before whenever arnav mentioned abt lavanya in the past.but now she can understand the fact that why arnav cared lavanya.A nurse came out from the observation room and said to samar "he just gained consciousness but he was in pain so we gave him sedatives he'll be okay by tomorrow morning".all the four souls were feeling restless but in the time khushi made arsh sleep.lavanya thinking of her ASR.she was his childhood friend.he always shared all the secrets to her.she was the one who secretly started loving him.though he was a flirt he never considered her not more than his friend.also he never misused girls.he had lost his mother at very small age.from that time he stopped believing in God.that moment lavanya's heart reminded her abt the thing Samar said.he found ASR inside the church.how come ASR went before God?she thought.in her curiosity she asked to khushi "how come ASR went inside the church?he has stopped believing God way before ."khushi said with a faint smile "arnav can only answer this.and by the way Samar is Son of Jiten Pandit,owner of JP fashions.i'm also working in JP fashions."but she was interrupted by lavanya "so we are collegues"said lavanya. "and I'm arnav's neighbor too.he lives next to my house here"khushi completed her words.both smiled.
Soon the morning rays were disturbing them but they got up only when they heard some footsteps towards the place.All the four awakened by the sobs of a lady calling out "chote chote".lavanya knew whose sound it was.it was none other than Her ASR's Di,anjali.lavanya saw her went to her and hugged her tightly.all the raizada's were there but a Mr Jha was missing.lavanya said to them that he is fine and introduced them to khushi,arsh and Samar.all waited before the observation room.anjali came to sit beside khushi and smiled at her.Khushi also passed a weak smile to her.But anjali looked at her and asked "have we met before?"khushi became devastated by her question if by any means anjali recollects her memory of their first and last encounter then it will hurt not only anjali but also arnav .and arnav will be in pain the most.so she said "sorry anjaliji.we never met.".but lavanya noticed khushi's discomfort.but she was shocked by the fact that khushi knows anjali's name.while introducing she never said anjali's name she mentioned her as ASR's elder sister,Di.To avoid further problems khushi stood up from her place and said "lavanya now everyone is here I think I should leave"khushi conveyed her bye to all and started moving to outside.
Meanwhile in the observation room,arnav started saying something.he was stammering but nurse could hear what he was talking. "khu..shi..khushi.i never kne..w that I'll sa..y th..is to you.i i...ireallyyy love you.Khushi tell me that you...love..me,pls khushi I nee..d you khushi"nurse came to him and sa that his pulse rate was increasing rapidly alsohis pressure was very low.she gave a call to doctor and she came asked to the persons standing outside observation room "in between you all who is khushi?"everyone got confused why nurse is asking for khushi...all looked at the nurse in confused mode.
Khushi walked through the corridor with arsh.though she wanted leave after seeing a healthy arnav but the situations made her stay away from him.she was in complete different world so she didn't even noticed who moved beside her.As shyam was not interested in rona dhona drama he waited at the reception but when he moved to the corridor he saw her .this was not the first time he is meeting her .but after last time he thought the girl vanished.he became so restless and moved from that place so that she never meets him. "why she had to come back?and whose baby was she carrying?is that arnav's?she is the lady with whom arnav fall in love.i'm not afraid of lavanya coz arnav is never gona marry her.but this girl she will make arnav do what I never want.i think I should inform him abt this"shyam thought.he took his phone and dialed a number. "yes Batra constructions"said the lady via phone. "can I speak to Mr Ravi Batra?"shyam asked . "sorry sir he is in a meeting".replied the lady. "call the devil Ravi now dammit.tell him that shyam manohar jha is speaking"shouted shyam.the lady became frightened by the voice.she rushed to the cabin where Batra's conference was held.
