Amar and Nisha are unpacking their stuff in their new home..... Priyanka is so happy that she is out that house!!!
Nisha: Priyanka you have been hyper all day!!!
Priyanka: Bhabhi i am so happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nisha: I can see that!!
Amar: Hey whats goin on?
P: Bhaiyya i am so happy!!!! That we are here!!!
They keep on talking and unpacking at the same time!
Radha is talking on the phone w/ someone
Radha: Look i want this job to be done as soon as possible.... Please dont delay... i will pay you as soon as you do my job!!!!!!!
Guy: Okay maam!!!!
Radha: (hangs up) Now you will see Nisha... you will not be here too long!!
And she gives an evil smile!!!!!!!!!
Suhas comes to the Sehgal house by herself.. just to visit.... and they all just chat!!!
Nisha takes a break for a while and goes in a car and gets some food so she can start cooking!!!!! (She isnt driving.. there's a driver)
Nisha is going along to the market....
Meanwhile Suhas leaves and she goes home......
Suhas gets into her car and leaves...... The driver is driving.....
Then both cars are one after another... but neither Suhas or Nisha know..... so both cars are going and all of a sudden there is a big truck coming their way.... and he is speeding like crazy!!!!! Both drivers dont realize it and next thing... The truck runs into both cars!!!!!!!!! Suhas goes flying out the window and Nisha gets stuck inside!!!
People are gathered around and the ambulance come.......
Amar and Priyanka... get the news and come quickly!!!!
At the Sehgal house they get a phone call and Dk, Disha, Sum, Ved, and Dhruv (Senior) rush to the hospital!!!! But they only kno that Suhas is in the hospital!
Suhas and Nisha are both in the ICU and are in critical condition.....
Amar and Priyanka are already there and the rest get there and are a little startled and thinking why are they there??
Dk: Amar.. you here?
Amar: Me?? I am the husband.. shouldnt i be here?
Dk: Huh?? What are you talking about??
Amar: Nisha... is in serious condition!!
DK: What????????????
Amar: Isnt that why you're here!!
Dk: Disha's mom is here!!
Amar: Oh she's the other lady!!!!!!! A truck hit both cars and i believe the cars were next to each other!!!
Now everyone is tensed all over!!!!!!!!!
Amar's parents come there... Radha is acting like she is worried!!! but she really isnt!
They are all waiting for both doctors to come out... everyone is getting anxious!! Disha is crying and Dk is consoling her!!!! Radha walks off for a little while and leaves her purse there................ and she 4gets that she has left it....
All of a sudden her phone rings.. Amar realizes it and he picks up... w/o saying hello..
Guy: Look ur job is done...... I dont think the woman has survived!!! I better get my advance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amar is shocked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guy: Listen... if you dont give me my money i will tell that it was your plan about this whole accident!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amar is shocked and furious!!!!!!!!!!!😡 And he hangs up!!
P: Who was that?
Radha comes back and Amar is looking her in a 😡
Radha: What happened???
Amar: Dont play with me!!!!!!!!!!! Stop ur acting!!!!!!!!!!!
Everyone is listening and dont know what's going on!
Amar: You planned this accident didnt you?????????
Radha: What are you talking about?
Amar: The guy who you hired to do all of this called..........How could you?????
Radha is nervous😕
Amar: (Yells) Why?????????
P: I didnt know you could stoop so low!
Radha: Yes i did it! Because she took you away from me!!
Amar: She didnt take me away from you.... it was my idea to move.. she had nothing do with this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You know.... she never caused any of it... it was always you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (He yelled) You know... i am sick and tired of you mom!!!!!!! Everyone is shocked and even more is Radha...........
Amar: Get out of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my mother is dead!............
Radha is shocked and she walks off slowly and Amar stands against the wall and is crying and Dk comes over and puts his hand on his shoulder!!!!!!!!!!!
Both Doctors come out
Nisha's Doc: She is fine!!!!!!! but she has broken a few bones.... They will get better but it will take time to heal!!!!!
Amar: Can i see her?
Doc: Not right now.. maybe in like 30 mins!!
Doc 2: Now... In her case... she was injured on her head pretty badly... so we wont know anything until she gets up!!!!!!!
Disha: Is she okay???
Doc: She is out of danger........ but i dont know how much injury she has!!!!!!
Disha: Can i see her?
Doc: Yes but only 2 at a time!!!!
Disha and Vijendra go in 1st.......... They just look at her!!!!!!!!
Slowly she wakes up and opens her eyes and she sees Disha and she smiles and she sees Vijendra and is shocked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
V: How are you?
Suhas: You're alive??????????
Both of them are confused
V: Why wouldnt i be?
Suhas: But.. you died in a car accident?
V: What??
Suhas: Disha..... ur fathers back......!! He's okay!!!!
Later Dk walks into the room.........
Dk: How are you feeling??
Suhas: You... what are you doing here???
Dk is shocked!!
Suhas: Disha.. tell him to get out! You ruined my daughters life!!!!!!!!!!!!
Everyone is shocked!! Doc comes back in and They explain and Doc says...
Doc: It seems that Suhas is in her past!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She has gotten a memory loss!!!
Disha is shocked!!
Doc: Because she was hurt on the head.. she will be getting attacks here and there so watch out.... she might remember again or she might not.. but the 1st couple of times i dont think she will remember.. so be prepared!!!!
Dk: SO that means that she thinks she hates me!!!!!
Dk closes his eyes!!!!!!!!!!
Disha: Oh no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Suhas: Mr. Dk Sehgal.. please leave this instant... i dont want you to be close to my daughter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dk is taken aback and he comes outside and tells everyone what has happened and they are shocked!!!!!!!😕
Meanwhile Amar, Priyanka, and Dk go in and check on Nisha........ she has a cast on her leg and arm but is okay!!!
Couple of Days later:
Nisha and SUhas are released!!!
Suhas is okay but she is still in the past... and can walk normally but Nisha cant walk so she is in a wheelchair and has a cast on her arm.!!!!!!!!
Amar takes her home and him and Priyanka take good care of her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Meanwhile Suhas comes home and asks for Disha...
Suhas; Where is Disha??
V: She is at her house!
Suhas: What is she doing there??? How can she still stay w/ Dk...... I dont understand her!!!!!!! Come on i am going to go and get her!
V: WHat are you doing??????
Suhas: Bringing my daughter back.. she belongs here not w/ Dk... i dont like him one bit!!!!! He has ruined my daughters life!!
V is trying to explain but Suhas dont want to listen...Azuba is there and cant believe whats going on!!!
All three are there and go to Sehgal house.....
DIsha: Aai!!!! You're better!!
Dk: HOw are you feeling?
Suhas: There's no need to feel any concern for me!!!!!! I am fine!!! Come on Disha i have come here to take you home!!
Disha: What??
Dk: But....
Suhas: Excuse me.. i have spoken ... Disha lets go!!!
Disha: But this is where i live! I am not leaving this house!!!
Suhas: You want to stay w/ this man!!!! Disha.. he has ruined your life!!!!
Everyone is shocked!!!!!!!!
Sum tries to say something.. but Dk turns around and puts his finger on his mouth and tells them to Ssshhh and not to say anything!!!
Suhas: Disha.. lets go!!!
Disha doesnt move!!
Dk: Listen...
Suhas: Dont say anything!!!! I dont know what magic you have done on my daughter.. but i wont let you trap her!!!!
Dk just closes his eyes!!!
Disha: Aai.. what are you doing???
Disha and DK are standing next to each other..........
Disha is holding Dk's hand.. and Suhas notices and grabs Disha's arm
Suhas: Lets go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Disha: Aai.. please i dont want to leave.. i love Dk....
Suhas: Love????? You love him.. he doenst love you... its all drama!!!!!! He doesnt even care about you!!
Dk tries to butt in.. but no use!!!!!!!!
Suhas takes her away and Dk is sad!😭
V: I am really sorry Dk.. you know everything's thats going on!!!
Dk: Disha...
Azuba: Dont worry.. i will do something!!
V: Here Dk.. an extra key to our house....
HE knows how much they both cant live w/o each other.. so Dk will probably sneak there once in a while!!!!
Disha is screaming and crying and poor Dk cant do anything about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and everyone else... is just standing there....... cuz they cant do anything!!!
Dk goes inside his room and Sum comes in there and he cries on her!!!!!!
Sum: Hey.. dont worry everything will be fine again!!!!!!!
She just consoles him!!!
Disha comes home
Disha: Aai.. i dont want to be here.... this isnt my house!!! that is.. why dont you understand?
Suhas: I understand everything........and that Dk is no good for you!!! he ruined ur life!!!
Disha: No he didnt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Disha runs inside her room and cries on the bed...... she cries and cries.... for hours..........
Dk is at home and he is crying too.......
2 days later:
Its been 2 days since they have seen each other........ Suhas has been watching out like crazy to see if Dk has come!!!!!
Disha is still crying .... and so is Dk😭
They get flashbacks of all the fun time they had! w/ each other!!!!!!!!
In the middle of the night... Dk comes to Bhonsale house very very quietly...... and he comes and goes in Disha's room.......
Disha doesnt realize that DK has come... her head is face down and is still crying!!!!! Dk looks at her is sad!!
Dk comes to the bed and touches her head and Disha gets up and sees Dk...... and she gets up...
Disha; Dk???????????? You came!!
She gives him a hug........ its a really emotional scene!!!
Dk: Hey.. everything will be okay!!!!
Disha: Dk.. i want to go home w/ you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dk: I want you to come.. but the circumstances... you cant!!!!!
Dk stays there during the whole night........ Dk sleeps sitting up and Disha sleeps on him....
Its 5:00 a.m. and Dk quietly leaves home ...
Disha: (Notices) No... dont leave!!!
Dk: You know i have to!!
Disha: Please Dk..... dont leave me!!
Dk: I have no choice.. i dont want Aai seeing me!!!!!
Disha sits up and she is grabbing his hand.......... he sits back down on the bed and gently takes her hands off and he leaves and Disha is just staring and starts crying again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dk is like.......😭
So they keep doing this for about a week....... and Suhas has gotten about 4 attacks now.. and everytime she has gotten one.. they hoped that she was okay.. but she wasnt.. so they lost hope!!
Disha is sitting on the sofa in the living room and Suhas comes there........
Suhas: Disha.. you have so much love for ur husband... then why hasnt he come to see you!!!!!!! What kind of love is this?
Disha closes her eyes... and she knows he has come!!
Disha tries talking..
Suhas: Look... i dont want further problems...(She looks at her sindoor and mangalsutra) You still wearing this!! why??? You can find someone way better!!!!!!!
Disha is shocked!!!!!!!!!!
Suhas: Disha.. i want you to give me a divorce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DISHA IS SHOCKED!!!😲

Suhas: Disha.. isnt coming w/ you!!! I have decided that she will no longer be ur wife!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They both stare at each other!!!!!!!!!

Suhas: Look i dont want to listen to anything!!!!! My decision is final!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Disha and DK are literally crying!!
Suhas: Dont shed those fake tears here!!!!!!!! they arent going to work!!!!!!!!!!!!
Disha walks towards Dk... and they both stare into each other's eyes!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Suhas: (COmes and stands between them...) Come on Disha...... we dont want unwanted people in our house...
She drags her and they both stare at each other!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Azuba comes and looks at Dk...
Dk cant take it and he hugs Azuba............
Dk: Why does this always happen to me??? Whats going to happen to the kids........ she doesnt even realize what year we are in... 10 years have passed by!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Azuba: Thats what i am afraid of!!!
Dk is walking on the road thinking and thinking and Suhas's words are echoing in his ears over and over again!!!!!!!!! and Dk sees a temple.......... and goes
Dk: YOu said.. that you will keep Disha happy........... then why is she going through all of this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He keeps talking and talking and he leaves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Suhas sends the divorce papers to Dk.......... and Dk isnt really happy about it!!!!!!!!!
Suhas: I have sent the divorce papers to Dk..... now both of you need to sign them!!!!!!!!!
Disha is like.. what am i going to do?
Dk is staring at the divorce papers and after some time he gets an idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In the middle of the night........ Dk comes and sees Disha......
Disha is a total mess and they give each other a big hug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Disha: Dk..... i dont want a divorce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we cant let 10 years of our marriage end like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The divorce is taken to court:
Suhas, Vijendra, Azuba, Sum, Dhruv, Ved, and Suraj come there!!!
Dk and Disha are standing next to each other but a couple of feet away.......
Disha is crying like crazy
Suhas: (Whispers) Dont worry its for your good!!!!!!!!!
Disha: I Know what my good is and its Dk!!!!!!!!!!!!
Suhas: Why arent you listening... Dk is not a good person!!!!!!!
Disha is crying and crying.................................
Suhas: Remove ur sindoor and mangalsutra!!!!
Disha doesnt do neither!!
The judge keeps talking and no is happy w/ this divorce......... DIsha is crying like crazy and Dk is trying to be a man and holding his tears in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Its time to sign the papers and 1st Dk signs....................it takes him a while and looks at DIsha and Disha looks back and nods her head no!!!!! But Dk is like what am i to do!!! and signs...................
Disha closes her eyes!!!!!
Its not Disha's turn......... she looks and looks and looks and is not moving and Suhas is looking her........................and telling her its okay!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Disha is shaking like crazy and her hand isnt moving... she's ready to write but its not moving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Finally after 15 long mins.. she signs the papers and cries on her knees and she is crying so loud.. that no one can bare to hear.. because its so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And Dk turns away and cant stand her to cry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All of a sudden .............. SUhas gets an attack again and she faints on the floor....... they try waking her up.. and she wakes up......................after 10 mins........
Suhas: What happened??
V: nothing you just got another attack!!!!
Suhas stands up...
Suhas: Disha.. why are you crying?
Disha: i hope you are happy.. i got a divorce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Suhas: WHat????????????????? But why??
Disha: Because you said so!!!!
Suhas: i never said anything!!! You and Dk love each other!!!!!!! why did you divorce him??
Everyone is shocked!!!!!!!!
Disha: Aai... are you okay??
Suhas: OF course i am.. are you guys all right??
They ask her a couple of questions and Suhas is back to normal............ Disha walks back and is crying because her and Dk are divorced....................
Judge: What happened?? Is everything all right?
V: Yes....
Judge: Is she okay??
Suhas: Yes i am back to normal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But i dont understand.... why they got a divorce??
Judge: They didnt get a divorce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Disha is shocked!!!!
Disha: WHat??
J: You didnt sign any divorce papers!!! Mr. Sehgal came in earlier to talk to me about the situation so i made this whole thing up.. you are still legally married!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Disha is so relieved and everyone is happy!!!!!!
Disha turns around and she runs really fast to Dk and hugs him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Suhas is happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and so is everyone else!!!!!!!
Disha isnt letting go of Dk at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She finally lets go!!
Suhas: I am sorry for whatever has happened!!!!
She says sorry to everyone!!
Everyone goes home...... and Disha is back home again and she feels good!!!
She goes into her room and Dk comes from behind...... Disha just hugs him...........
Dk: Disha!!!
DIsha doesnt say anything but cont hugging him!!!
Disha: You couldnt even imagine what i was going through that time?
Dk: Yes i could......... i had to do something.... i can never give you a divorce... as god as my witness i will never ever give you a divorce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Disha is happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is holding on to him like he's going to go away!!!!!
Dk doesnt care......
Meanwhile Nisha is getting better day by day!!!
Her arm is better and her cast from her leg gone.. but she is limping but not a lot!!!
Amar and Priyanka have taken very good care of her!!!
Later at night
Disha and Dk are in bed........ Disha is just staring at Dk while he is sleeping.........
Dk opens his eyes and finds Disha staring at him..
Dk: What?
Disha: Nothing!!!!
Dk: Go to sleep!!!!!!
Disha: I am thinking whether i am dreaming or not!!!
Dk comes closer to her.. and he kisses her on the forehead and she is convinced.... they both cuddle up w/ each other.......
Next Morning:
Neither of them want to wake up........... they are so comfy..... and Disha doesnt want to let go of Dk..........
Finally she gets up and streches.. and gets up............
She takes a shower and wakes up Dk!!!
Everyone is back to normal!!!
Nisha is making tea for Amar and Priyanka.
Amar: what are you doing??? We can make it!
Nisha; Its okay!! you guys have done so much!!
Amar: You arent completly well.. take rest!
Nisha: Stop worrying i am fine!!
They keep talking ............... afterwards.. they look towards the door and they see Radha standing there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nisha is shocked😲 and Amar is angry!😡
