I'm thrilled you liked the update - and the roles Khushi, Arnav, Payal and NK respectively played in it! You've picked out the significance of each of them, and I'm thankful to you for that :) NK is going to play a huge role in the match-making - and yup, I hope you'll enjoy the future jealousy moments too (yes, there'll be more, jealous-Arnav is so much fun :P) Payal too will play her part but I can't give away too much :) But yes, Arnav will have to redeem himself thoroughly, and I hope I do the redemption theme justice!

Some parts were excellent - including the way you described how Arnav saw Khushi's hair (flowing river thing, and wanting to see how the sunlight reflected off it, etc.) and the last part were Khushi backed off in fear when Arnav made a move, to brush his hand through his hair. BUT, I felt that some parts were unnecessary and made that part of the update boring...This is just my opinion because I am personally not a big fan of detailed, minute descriptions - I skip them even if they are included in Harry Potter :D (I'm sure that you have readers that love your descriptions - because many many many people enjoy such things - but I am not one of them...and so I'm mentioning it...don't take it negatively. :D)

I understand, and appreciate your being honest about it :) To each their own, as the saying goes - everyone's tastes differ and it'd be wrong of me to impose mine of someone else. But I'm happy you read the updates despite not liking the detail, thank you :)

@bold : I'm so, so, so happy that you said that! We are very quick to blame Arnav, and yes, I blame him a lot too, but in a way it's the way he's been conditioned because of past experiences that he reacts the way he does to Khushi. I'm not saying it's right, and I'm not trying to justify him either, but there is still a reason behind it. He's still unfamiliar to the world of sensation Khushi opened up for him and understandably wary of it. So yes, I'm over the moon that you understand why he did what he did, even though it wasn't right :D

I'm really pleased that you're liking Arnav's conflict of emotions - it's just not likely for him to realise he's in love and then start wooing Khushi, he's just not made up that way...and yay, you liked Payal and NK! They're going to be vital players in this game, but how and how much will be revealed in coming chapters :) And yes, I enjoy jealous Arnav too :D

What you said about understanding Arnav completely made me incredibly happy - his emotions are always complex and especially now, when he's battling against all these emotions which he doesn't even completely understand, I was nervous if I brought them out OK. I'm so thrilled and relieved that you picked up each and every one of the emotions I was trying to show, that I seriously want to hug you in gratitude :P

And yes, I adore NK too! He'll forever be one of my favourite characters :D

I'm so glad you approve of the detail and the length - the emotions of these characters are all so tangled and complex and intense that half the time I don't know if I'm bringing across what they're feeling well enough. It's always a huge relief and a blessing when readers like you read minutely into all the details and appreciate each for their own merit - this comment made me feel that every minute spent on the updates was absolutely worth it and then more!

I completely agree with you - Arnav has treated Khushi like trash and it's about time he faces the consequences of his actions, when Khushi is no longer around for him to pretend everything is fine and dandy.

I am SO glad and relieved you think so. This guy's emotions are so convoluted that it's just frustrating :P I totally agree with you - he needs a good dose of personal hell. Maybe then he'll wake up, smell the coffee, and finally treat Khushi the way she deserves to be treated.

I liked NK's views very much! Him, giving Arnav tough competition for Khushi's attention is awesome. Arnav needs to understand disappointment, heart break & misery, which he has always inflicted on Khushi so casually.
