Love and Hate

Love has the power to change everything'every emotion and feeling'Love takes the emotion of hate from hearts and fills it with care'faithfulness'blessing. Blessing of love and to be loved.

He thought and the smile touched the corners of his lips "Mayank'when will you join me in bed?"

He roused from the trance of thoughts with the soft, humming voice of his wife and tilted his head to drop his gaze at her who was pouting pulling the coverlet up to her neck, eyeing him narrowly and the annoying lines under the shadow of her lashes was an indication of her mood swing and he could've guessed what was coming next, it was her sixth month and during these months of pregnancy he had been experiencing about her changing mood swings and he knew how to handle her lovely wife. So, immediately keeping the files and laptop aside he stood up giving her smile, "I'm coming jaan'just give me a few seconds" Tossing aside his shirt he dropped to the bed next to her and crawling his arms he pulled her into his arms giving her the warmth of his body like he did every night and then kissed her and removed that frown like always.

Time was passing with its momentum and the love and the bonding of their hearts was getting strong and deep with the each passing moment.

"Mayank,I'm looking so fat" standing in front of the mirror her hands were resting on her rounded, huge belly and her eyes were looking at him through the mirror. She made a face.

"You're looking more beautiful" he came from behind and crawled his arms around her resting his chin on her shoulder giving her slight kiss on her cheek.

"You're lying"

She eyed him through the mirror and then the shimmering tears in those beautiful eyes was indicating she'd a bad mood swing'she was in her eighth month and as her delivery time was coming nearer she complains, her demands were getting increase but Mayank had been always with her, to fulfill her childish desires, to soothe her anger, to make his wife happy with his soothing love filled words.

He held her by her shoulders and turned her towards him and then cupped her face in his palm bending his head to kiss her lips, "do you think Nupur I can lie to you?"

"No'but what if I got fat after delivery will you love me the same as you love me now??"

Her fear filled whispered escaped, He grabbed her close, his hands on her shoulders hard and compelling as he held her against him, his mouth pressed close to her ear, "I love You so much Nupur 'for me you're my heart, my breath'your closeness is my strength, my life..i love you with all my soul if something matter to me'It's You'I love you"

His words, his closeness had the power to remove all the momentary insecurities from her heart, he loved her so much'so much that she could've felt the depth of his love and it was enough for her to live her whole life.

"I love you sweetheart'you and our baby are my life'I can't live without you both"

With those soothing, love filled words he kissed her, swift and hard filling his love in her heart in her soul.

Pacing in front of the operation theater Mayank's heart was sinking with the fear, A hour before they brought Nupur in hospital after having labored pain.

"Mayank !Don't worry son'everything will be fine"Shiv placed his hand on Mayank's shoulder and he turned around to look at him, "I'm feeling scared" He whispered and Shiv squeezed his hand and then patted his shoulder assure him, "everything will be fine son"Mayank nodded his head but he knew how much he was feeling scared, feeling a weak person standing in front of the operation theater when his life was inside the room.

Finally after a one hour wait he heard the infant voice and the doctor stepped out the room, "congratulation 'its baby boy" strange havoc of emotions engulfed his heart and his lips curled into a smile while tears shimmered in the eyes.

"My wife"Mayank spun around and she smiled eying him, "she is perfectly fine"

He breathed and closed his eyes for a moment letting his tears to fall, all those emotions when he was standing outside the room waiting for the doctor to come out was like the earth shaking moments for him.

"Thank God!"

"Its dream or a reality," Mayank took the small fragile body in his arms who was looking like reflection of him. "I became a father" his voice constricted.

Nupur glanced up at him and smiled he came nearer and sat beside her giving baby to her and she rested his little body in her lap

"He's like you"

She stroked his soft cheeks and then looked at Mayank, "But his eyes are deep'dark black like yours"he slipped his arm around her and whispered giving her kisses on her forehead and cheek.

"Yes'but he's your carbon copy" overwhelmed with the joy of motherhood. A lump formed in her throat and tears spilled from her eyes.Mayank pulled her closer and kissed her forehead and wiped off her tears kissing her puffy eyes, "Thank you Nupur'Thank you for loving me back ,for giving me so much'"

His gaze was warm, his own eyes were misty, "thanks for giving this beautiful gift" Tears slipped from his eyes as they fell on the little fragile body that was lying in her mother's lap peacefully.She rested her head on Mayank's shoulder and taking her hand he intertwined their fingers together.Firmly'For Forever.

anyway the epilogue was awesome as usual

Mayank's concern for NUPUR during her pregnancy and nupurs moood swings everything was very nice and lovley.
