Well high time Khushi started standing up for herself. This is her workplace, and he can't just waltz in anytime. As for Payal and Akash, that was hilarious.A very bad doctor, who doesn't listen and just goes on talking. Poor Arav though. I hope he comes back home and tells his mum at least.
