I think Khushi is yet unaware of the extent of her mistake and also could 'sheetal' be that 3rd person who instigated Khushi acting like she did with Arnav before she lost her memory - too much unknow factors here - please enlighten us.

Awww she kissed him, I love you Aarav, u really know how to get ur parents closer! That just means, how Aarav will not have a hard time finding a girlfriend! I wish this happened in the show too! Can't wait to read the next chapter, update soon! :)
